Had a wonderful experience here in this store Erika was amazing super helpful had answers to all my questions got us hooked up and we look forward to the future business with Verizon as we are transferring from Xfinity mobile which is terrible

After reading all the negative reviews about this Verizon location, I was hesitant to visit and seriously considered handling everything online instead. I’m so glad I decided to go in person.
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the store manager, Tawanta, who was incredibly welcoming and kind. She took the time to listen to my needs and introduced me to one of her team members, Gerson. He was just as friendly, knowledgeable about Verizon’s products and services, and most importantly, never pushy or overwhelming when it came to upselling.
Both Tawanta and Gerson made the entire experience smooth, respectful, and enjoyable. Their professionalism and customer-first attitude are the main reasons I confidently made the switch from T-Mobile to Verizon.
If you’re on the fence because of the reviews, don’t be. My experience couldn’t have been better, and it’s all thanks to this fantastic team.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5 stars for Roger)
While my issue with Verizon has remained unresolved for over three weeks—leading me to ultimately decide to leave the company—I want to take a moment to recognize Roger at the Verizon store.
He was patient, attentive, and genuinely tried to help, even though the resolution wasn’t in his hands. His customer service stood out, especially during such a frustrating experience.
Verizon would do well to hire more employees like Roger—people who truly care and take the time to listen. Thank you, Roger, for your professionalism and kindness. Alex was great too!!!

Alex in the spring location was great! Attentive! Fixed all my issues in helping me transfer data from old cell to a replacement one!!

I won't tell you about the nitemare the company has put me thru in addition to the costs incurred for NOT having my services connected. Yes I'm being billed tremendously for NOT having/using their services plus it took me exactly 2 wks to make the nitemare end as far as get getting my phone # back to Xfinity. Now I have to deal with the billing problem! To be clear it wasn't this store that caused the problem. It was a 3rd party representing Verizon that started the problem but the company made it difficult to leave them once it all got started. Do your homework before switching no matter how sweet the deal is.

My mom and I went in here for some new iphones/upgrades. Roger was absolutely amazing. He was helpful in answering all of our questions and made sure we got the best deal possible. Thanks Roger!

Went in today and waited 1 hour for help only to be told I had to go to a corporate Verizon store. Either your a Verizon store or your not. I think they were just being lazy. There is no reason why I should be pushed off to another store. Horrible customer service. Go to another location. This is the second time I've had a bad experience here. They last time I switched my account to TMobile. Now I'm sorry I switched back.

Great experience and service! Olman was my specialist and he was very professional, courteous and most helpful in finding promotions I qualified for on the phone that I was wanting to upgrade to. The manager was walking around and stopped by each customer as they were being helped.

Recommended the $52 plan that cost more, but forgot to mention it is 52 per person plus the 20 per line. I will stick with my 110 plan which is 150 cheaper. Verizon always trying to kick you out of a good plan by deceit!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The gentleman Jet Michael was so rude and didn’t even try to help us out. We definitely will not be returning to this location.
