The staff are some of the nicest people ive ever came in contact with. The love and care they have for animals exceeds far past any expectations. The staff is really kind-hearted you can tell their heart is with the animals they're doing it for the love of the animals.I love this place and all of the staff there they're really compassionate and caring. This place is the best animal emergency vet to take your dog from Conroe to Houston. I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else. I went to 3 other vets and they were only out for my money and wouldn't work with me at all even though my dog was in critical condition.Thank you Enchanted Oaks for everything!♥️?”

“Although this place can be a bit pricey depending on the services they do accept Care credit and I have chosen to continue bringing my fur baby Bella here because of the level of care and service the wonderful staff here has to offer. They're always so good with my Bella since I rescued her and she was so timid and scared of the world they always helped me with her and made her feel loved and comfortable. And now she's grown to love this place and get excited when she comes. The staff works wonderfully as a team when it comes to doing any tests or administering vaccines or treatments. And Dr. Buchanan is just the best. Always so loving and bright with us and our fur baby, as well as informative and always answer any questions we may have. Will continue to bring my fur babies here because they show that they truly do care.”

Last year we had to put our oldest dog to sleep and they let us take our time bc it was a very hard decision. This staff goes above and beyond. I will not trust anyone else with our family!!”
“We've taken all our cats here for wellness checks & they were very thorough and very kind to our cats, and we appreciate having a "cat" side & a "dog" side. The assistants are fabulous, careful, and thoughtful. One of our cats had to be put to sleep recently and we appreciated the doctor spending a lot of time with us talking about our options and discussing our cats problem. We even received a Sympathy card from the center signed with every employee's names, even every doctor! That meant the world to us!! I definitely recommend this clinic”
“We have been going to VCA Champions Northwest Animal Hospital for over 15 years. The level of service the entire staff provides is incredible. From the receptionists, to the techs, Doctors and groomers, they truly care about your pet's well being, are so personable, and love our pets like their own.
Once they learned of Finley's passing last week, they sent a sweet gift and card. Today when I brough Huck in for his annual exam, everyone came to say hello and express their condolences.

“My 6 yr old GSD is showing hip dysplasia and arthritis making it difficult for him to get up and down and do daily things like sit on the couch. We were interested in pain management and therapy for him, to try to stave off the inevitable surgery. We expected to be told that was our only option. Dr. Wall not only had other options, but gave us a lot of time to answer our concerns/questions, and explained throughly all the steps he wanted to try, none of them leading to surgery at this stage. We feel very educated and prepared to make the best choices for our boy now, and are much more confident in what we need to do to help our dog now and in the future. Bonus, our dog really loved the doctor and his staff, which is extremely unusual, he was so calm with them! They are so kind and explanatory!! Don't question it, go here to help your pet!”
“I used to take my lab here before he passed, now I take my cats here. It’s obvious they care about your animals, one of our cats had cancer and didn’t have much time left and went above and beyond on helping us keep her comfortable in her last few days. We were absolutely distraught and they handled both our cat and us with such grace and compassion.”

“Had several litters here. Dr Revere and his staff have been at this for years and really understand cropping (especially the Doberman crops). Pricing is great.
The only thing that they do that I don’t prefer is post immediately after surgery as I “heal to air” as my preference, than post through the healing process. Once they are 85%+ healed I do return to posting. After many litters over the years and having all four of my dobies done here, I wouldn’t go else where”

“I had an overall great experience and it wasn’t too bad a price for everything they did I took my 5 year old yorkie/Shih Tzu in because she wasn’t feeling good I made my appointment at 5 am for a 10 am I was trying to get her in as early as I could because one I get really anxious when my baby is not feeling good and secondly I didn’t wanna call of work but I would do anything for my baby and just as I was about to call off I got a text saying I could drop her off at 7:30 if I would like I said yes and got there theyvet tech came out took her back I was very anxious and scared as this was the first time I had ever had to take her to the vet and I also have never left her anywhere that wasn’t at home I think my baby was nervous to but I left her there they called me around 9 to tell me the diagnosis and everything they reconnected me to do I was as well anxious about pricing because I was in between checks so I was broke to say the least so when the young lady told me it’s was 400 my mouth was on the floor I didn’t know how I was going to come up with that kinda money but i asked if they had something that could help bring down that price and they offer Optimum Wellness Plans which got my price down the 151 but since my girl need some medications it came out to 187 and my monthly payment for the wellness plan is 78 but that a big difference between 400 after one more test they needed to run I got a call back she was ready for pick up around 11:30 when it came to pick up they had her ready for me and her medication they explained to me how to give them to her and she has a check up in three weeks I already see a big difference in her behavior form this morning my visit was on 09/03/25”

“The VCA Woodlands has taken great care of my dog since she was a few months old. The staff handled my dog well from administering vaccines to surgeries such as spaying and teeth removal.
In particular, Dr. Harris is very communicative and responds promptly on the VCA messaging portal. She is always so patient and thorough with my dog, even when my dog gets hyperactive.”
