“i have never got around to this, but i want to thank just cats for the rest of my life. back in 2017, my kitty cat felix was bit by a possum while we were making our final trip to move to houston, from 300 miles away. the bite ended up turning into an abscess that ruptured my kitty's throat and caused a horrific open wound in his throat that burst out through his skin. i was so lost and scared and in a new town and you were the closest place open that day. you guys were open for only 42 more minutes. you saved my felix, and he just turned 11 years old. he really wouldn't be here with me if it wasn't for you guys. thank you, i will never forget how you treated us with dignity and respect. we also lacked on funds and you were able to provide us resources to successfully handle everything. bless you people, even though i know the staff has definitelt changed, you change lives daily ?”

“We have been going to VCA Champions Northwest Animal Hospital for over 15 years. The level of service the entire staff provides is incredible. “We thought we would have to put our 12-yr old Rottweiler down. She couldn’t get up from the floor. She’d had both hips replaced in her first couple years of life, and endured knee surgeries as well. We went to Dr. Wall as a last resort. Further surgeries were not an option to repair what turned out to be another rupture of a knee tendon. Instead, he injected her joints with a new medication and we began rehab treatments. That was a year ago. Dr Wall and his team gave us our dog back. Now, at 13 years old she loves going to the clinic for her “spa days” and the staff there do a great job administering the therapeutic massage and exersize routines that keep her mobile and lessen pain. We are so thankful.”
“Love Dr Hill and her entire team!! We found RAWC during COVID for our oldest cat who was very sick. They now taken care of our cats and our dogs. Last year we had to put our oldest dog to sleep and they let us take our time bc it was a very hard decision. This staff goes above and beyond. I will not trust anyone else with our family!!”

It’s obvious they care about your animals, one of our cats had cancer and didn’t have much time left and went above and beyond on helping us keep her comfortable in her last few days. We were absolutely distraught and they handled both our cat and us with such grace and compassion.”

“I found out my baby (my 12 year old yorkie poo) needed surgery, he had 3 hernias. I was told by other places I had called that it would be close to 10,000. I finally called this place and they had me come in and do an exam, the total was less than half! They took their time and answered all of our questions. The day of the surgery the doctors came out and were giving us updates. The staff is absolutely amazing. They gave us a comfortable room to wait in and periodically came in to check on us as we waited. Since the surgery my baby has been back to himself! He wants to play and has since gotten his appetite back. The staff made it so easy to trust them. Very informative, very helpful. Thank you so much spribgwood! We are forever grateful”

“Dr. Asantewaa and her team are perfect. They were welcoming and very gentle with our cat. The room was spacious and didn’t have an odor. On top of that, the reception was pleasant and the waiting area was neat and clean. They took as back upon arrival and didn’t rush the appointment. Best veterinary experience thus far.”
“I recently brought my husky, Abby, to Companion Animal Hospital for an emergency pyometra surgery. It was a very stressful and scary for us both, she is my service dog. They got her in immediately and she is in good shape now, which I’m extremely grateful for. I especially want to mention Jessica — she was amazing. She was kind, patient, and walked me through everything at a time when I really needed reassurance.
My only suggestion for improvement would be better consistency and clarity with pricing communication. Before the surgery, I received mixed information about what was included. Everything did end up being a fair price, but it would help if everyone gave the same information up front. It’s also important for people to know that half of the cost is due at the time of surgery, so if you have to make a quick decision, you’ll be prepared when you arrive. I gave 5 stars because I believe this is easy to remedy and I truly don't believe they were out to upset me.
Overall, Abby received EXCELLENT care, and I truly appreciate how quickly the team at Companion Animal Hospital acted when I called. With a little more clarity on the front end, the experience would have been perfect.

“Had several litters here. Dr Revere and his staff have been at this for years and really understand cropping (especially the Doberman crops). Pricing is great.
The only thing that they do that I don’t prefer is post immediately after surgery as I “heal to air” as my preference, than post through the healing process. Once they are 85%+ healed I do return to posting. After many litters over the years and having all four of my dobies done here, I wouldn’t go else where”

“We made the decision to put our sweet 12 year old hound to sleep. Besides having lower prices than most, this place specializes in dignified, comfortable, and humane pet euthanasia and has a well-appointed, dimly lit room for this purpose, full of relevant amenities. Outside there is a walking garden with fountains and benches to use while waiting. The staff were all personable, courteous and attentive. Our good boy went out smoothly and comfortably.”
“I had an overall great experience and it wasn’t too bad a price for everything they did I took my 5 year old yorkie/Shih Tzu in because she wasn’t feeling good I made my appointment at 5 am for a 10 am I was trying to get her in as early as I could because one I get really anxious when my baby is not feeling good and secondly I didn’t wanna call of work but I would do anything for my baby and just as I was about to call off I got a text saying I could drop her off at 7:30 if I would like I said yes and got there theyvet tech came out took her back I was very anxious and scared as this was the first time I had ever had to take her to the vet and I also have never left her anywhere that wasn’t at home I think my baby was nervous to but I left her there they called me around 9 to tell me the diagnosis and everything they reconnected me to do I was as well anxious about pricing because I was in between checks so I was broke to say the least so when the young lady told me it’s was 400 my mouth was on the floor I didn’t know how I was going to come up with that kinda money but i asked if they had something that could help bring down that price and they offer Optimum Wellness Plans which got my price down the 151 but since my girl need some medications it came out to 187 and my monthly payment for the wellness plan is 78 but that a big difference between 400 after one more test they needed to run I got a call back she was ready for pick up around 11:30 when it came to pick up they had her ready for me and her medication they explained to me how to give them to her and she has a check up in three weeks I already see a big difference in her behavior form this morning my visit was on 09/03/25”

“The VCA Woodlands has taken great care of my dog since she was a few months old. The staff handled my dog well from administering vaccines to surgeries such as spaying and teeth removal.
In particular, Dr. Harris is very communicative and responds promptly on the VCA messaging portal. She is always so patient and thorough with my dog, even when my dog gets hyperactive.”
