Sira from the recovery area was super friendly and welcoming immediately helped me out when I walked in making the platinum membership more than worth it.
Overall the gym has been 5 stars from when I was 16 to 21 and have been told the same from the elderly.

Awesome GYM, great customer service, very nice environment. Gym equipment is well maintained, the place is nice and clean, bathrooms are superv. The staff is very friendly I'm glad I switched. My Ambassador Talisha Burke is fantastic. Best Gym experience in the Woodlands.

9 year old Birthday party event a huge hit! It was hot as heck. But the kids were super happy and very safe.
