While the pharmacy is clearly understaffed and sometimes they have long wait times, I feel the staff does the best they can with what they are asked to do. They have always provided my family with our medications and there is one very nice pharmacy tech that knows me by name.

I have crohns and in need of my medication to keep me out of the hospital. Won't have medication until tomorrow. I could be in the hospital by then. Called HEB and they have it. From now on HEB
