“People are amazing. I had been treated pretty well. I'm not giving a 5-star rating because of the customer service for my earring repair. I used the earrings only once on my wedding day, and the stone looked weird. I recently picked it up to use it again, and the stone was very awkward. I sent it for repair, and it makes me mad that the quality of the earring was poor. They are saying that I used it wrong. I wear my engagement ring every day, put on lotion, go to the pool with it, and my diamond is still perfect. So, it's frustrating that they are trying to blame me for something that I used only once! Paying for the repair of this poor quality doesn't feel right.”

“I had them come to my home in Conroe to fix my grandfather clock. They arrived around 7 pm (had to wait until the shop was closed). I was very satisfied with the service and learned a lot about my clock in the process. I wish I knew the name of the gentleman who came out because he was a wealth of information. It was well worth the money paid. I will definitely keep them on speed dial!”
