Was initially contacted saying the one they had was not available to be shipped and would I wait a couple of weeks for more inventory, I agreed. 3 days later a watch shipped and arrived in good condition, but only with the inner box and pillow. No warranty paperwork, no documentation, no external box, missing many items Seiko shows shipped when new. Did I receive a display model? Questions to TYS have gone unanswered.”

“These guys are top notch - they told me that while they primarily specialize in purchasing gold, jewelry, etc (and not so much parts) - they worked with me to purchase an extra Rolex bracelet as I had recently switched to a jubilee for my Datejust. I had made the inquiry a day before, visited the next, and was in and out in probably less than fifteen minutes with a check in hand. I genuinely could not recommend this place more and would certainly return to sell future pieces. “Can’t believe anyone would rate this place below 5 stars!! Everyone who walks in is immediately greeted by staff and assisted. My watch was having some issues and the staff were honest about the possibility it would be tricky to repair. I expected it to likely break, that it would be an expensive repair, and that I’d be without that watch for probably a week. They took it back and asked me to have a seat. Less than 5 minutes later the watch was fixed (it didn’t break!!) and they said it was FREE. I couldn’t believe it. Cannot recommend this shop more highly. Incredible customer service to everyone who walks through the door. I’ll definitely be back.”

“Finally slowed down enough to take time and post my experience here. When my wife was pregnant with our son 23 years ago, her hand swelled and I had to cut her ring off her finger. She has not worn her original ring since then. Reason being I was worried about getting the original diamond back and getting taken advantage of. So I bought her another ring and we stored the original away. So after many years and being married (28 years this coming July), I reached out to everyone I knew to find a reputable place for me. I was told of Sethi's by my aunt who has been going to Sethi's for years. My point of contact was Berthe Atkinson. We made an appointment, and If I tell you every question I had was answered is an understatement. She was very friendly and made our experience smooth and comfortable. We were able to get her ring fixed and even upgraded her diamond. This is the place for you for all your jewelry needs.”

“After driving by this small, unassuming watch and jewelry store for many years I finally stopped in to get my watch battery replaced. Pete and the other staff were courteous, professional, and the service was quick to replace my watch's battery.The shop also has an eclectic and interesting mix of jewelry, precious metal bars, coins, currency, watches, and other collectibles. They even have a collection of Hess Oil toy trucks (which I once had when I worked in the oil industry)!Pete is an interesting man, whose vast memories of Montrose and Houston include lots of colorful tales and insights.They also have specialist watchmakers (I am not sure if they are located on-site) who service and repair Rolex, Omega, Patek, and other luxury watches.Overall, I highly recommend Ace Watch and Jewelry.”

“Have to say I was pretty impressed with this place and the first class service everyone provided. My mother and I went for a walk earlier today and were rained out by Houston’s weather. We weren’t looking the most impressive for buying jewelry but they didn’t judge a book by its cover. I can’t say the same for the jewelry store next door which we first walked into that had their eyes gazing at us like first class criminals. Anyhow, their loss is another persons gain and Samantha was exceptional for providing us for what we went in for and very helpful. I didn’t even walk out with what I wanted because I got too distracted. However, I was able to purchase a few necklaces for my mother and wife and another wedding band for me in gold. Thank you so much for all the help and fine jewelry options this place has to offer, also they have some nice Frank Mueller time pieces I might end up going back for in the near future. Very nice store to match the nice people inside of it and with 120 years in business I can see why. Super friendly and non judgmental, true Americana. I.e., I’m Mexican”
