Went to get a simple notary done, 3 minutes max. I waited a good 20 min before the branch manger said they couldn’t help. So much for courtesy at that branch. Went to my home branch, with no appoinment and they serviced it. That’s courtesy.

I posted one star 7 years ago. Visited today and while there are new people, there is the same unwillingness to help.
