Buyer Beware!! Company uses less than honest billing practices along with threat of collection action to extort questionable amounts invoiced. I do not recommend doing business with them.

We were happy with the prompt delivery arrangements and Melvin our delivery person was kind and patiently taught us how to use the equipment and answered all of our questions. Very happy so far!

Since the recent changes within the company I have experienced timely delivery without complaints. Dasco delivery driver, Craig Thornton, should be commended on his professionalism, promptness, and friendliness. He also makes sure that I don't lack equipment accessories needed for my oxygen tanks and equipment.

Couldn't ask for more on routine service. Appointment was easy to schedule in a reasonable amount of time. Alert and confirming calls prompt and polite and Craig arrived early in the appointment window and was professional and friendly. It sucks to be on oxygen but if you gotta do it, you have no better friend than DASCO.

Airsense went way beyond the call of duty to give me a new CPAP machine. They made many phone calls to my primary care physician, and to my insurance company to receive the necessary documents. Then, one of their employees drove his car for more than an hour to deliver my CPAP machine. Then, he taught me how to operate the machine, and how and when to replace the air filters. He explained how to do it, demonstrated how to do it, then asked me to do it. Most people do NOT know how to teach. The leave out the most important step - THE LAST ONE. He watched me, and coached me before he left. I have had three CPAP machines since 1993, and have worked with four or five CPAP companies. None of them hold a candle to AIRSENSE. They are a very impressive company.

Airsense, Inc.I have been a patient/customer of Airsense for more than 15 years-maybe 20, first with insurance and now self-pay, since Medicare doesn’t believe O2 helps cluster headache patients so coverage stopped when I turned 65.Airsense provides expertise. They consult with my neurologist. Their deliveries are prompt and reliable. They are reasonable, even for self-pay patients. I teach health law, so I am particular. Airsense is a rare company in the healthcare field that does everything right from billing to consultation to delivery-and they do it all in a seamless friendly way. They are now the go-to supplier for my neurologist. They have taken exceptionally good care of me. I recommend them highly.Ronald L. ScottOct. 10, 2020

I was assigned by the hospital for oxygen with a company I didn't want, after trying to work with them I gave up and my insurance led me to AirSense. They gave me what I asked for and gave me great service. I recommend them for any one needing oxygen equipment.

Phenomenal patient care with Representative Marty! We got a call from this very caring woman about an order for medical supplies and she went above and beyond to ensure appropriate protocols taken. Even though the order was not for this particular company, Ms Marty called me voluntarily to make sure we did not need their service. Who does that? The doctor office didn't use this business for the order, but I am 100% sure this is the business and person you want to ask for if you want anything done right!

My pulmonologist advised me on January 4, 2016 that I needed to be on supplemental oxygen and after trying to get information about a particular oxygen concentrator and getting little or no help, I happened to call AirSense and Beth answered the phone. She was so compasionate and took the time to speak to me and invited me to come in. Although at the time I applied for my oxygen equipment, AirSense was not a contract provider for Medicare, Beth and Terry took a great deal of time explaining how things worked all the while showing so much kindness and caring. I highly recommend this company for medical supplies. It is hard to find people who will take that much time out of their day if they aren't making any money from it.....yet Beth and Terry did. I intend to recommend AirSense, Inc. to everyone I come in contact with that is looking for medical supplies. Thank you AirSense, Inc.!!

This medical supply business offers more than medical supplies to you. They are the most compassionate and caring people which is important to someone who is going through a difficult time while dealing with medical issues. While reeling from my doctor's words that I would need to be on supplemental oxygen 24/7 and trying to learn about oxygen concentrators both portable and stationary, I called one after another medical supply places only to feel rushed and talked down to. When I happened to call AirSense, Inc., Beth answered the phone and immediately welcomed me and told me they could not help me with getting oxygen equipment because they were not contracted by Medicare. I was depressed and upset and she invited me to come in and talk. She and Terry talked to me and explained how the equipment works so that I could make a good choice and get what is best for me. They didn't make a dime, but they took their time to extend kindness to me. WOW. I highly recommend AirSense on Murphy Rd. Ask for Beth or Terry. They are the best!!!
