Do not go here. The store manager and all his employees are liars. They screwed over multiple people the same day as myself. Took my money and refused to give me product because they wanted to keep their stock for new lines and not existing customers. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST

Had the worst experience the “store manager” was so rude talking down to my mother like being the “store manager” was being the president also we tried to return our phones because of the payments he charge as much as he could then accused us of stealing the box wall chargers which never came with the phones then tried to charge us more money he was just the worst we had to call customer support we had such a bad experience we will never go back to that store again I wouldn’t recommend people coming here thank sincerely to the people that help me at customer support

Alright, i recently purchased a phone and have not received it yet. It’s only been a day. I walked in the store yesterday and did not recover any paperwork on my order. I specifically said no protection advantage and the lady in there still placed it on my plan I will be canceling the order. It’s don’t right disrespectful of AT&T to not disclose the fraudulence that the do on our plans. This is my second time experiencing this and it’s down right sickening. 0/10 Go to Verizon when I had Verizon the worst that’ll happen is their plan will change maybe not even the price. I will be up there first thing in the morning to cancel.

Employees need more training.1. Told me that we couldn’t trade in a cracked phone but when I mentioned that two other locations said it wouldn’t be an issue he checked and sure enough he was wrong.2. Wouldn’t take our phone and told us to drive to do a drop off at ups ourselves. Something about a few policy that changed in Feb this year. But I had dropped off my phone at another location 2 weeks ago.Seemed like they didn’t want to work.New and nice location though

They have excellent prices .I've been with T-mobile for many years since 2006.I've recently been experiencing very poor service , to be polite.I've been calling the T-mobile customer service line to find a reasonable way to resolve my significant issues.Today the technical support team admitted to me they are aware of the problem.His statement left me shocked.Then he stated that the Company would not be fixing the issue anytime soon.They expect me to pay full price for little service.No . No more .My conclusion is to leave T-mobile and sign with AT&T.At least I will not be giving my monies over to a company with this type of practices.

The people at the store were very nice. They were not trained properly they did not know how to set up my new phone. It took over 2 hours to set my phone up. Very disappointed

Faizan is the representative that helped me when I came into the store. He helped me check and see if my bill had been paid as I was told it would be and took my payment. I appreciate all he did to help me. Very good customer service!
