No explain and try to escape the problem from customer. The worst customer service ever. Never want to go again any more. Too waisting our time.

(Translated by Google) They have always treated me well, one also has to understand that there are more clients and that each Bank has its own policies, but in general they have treated well (Original) A mi siempre me han tratado bien, uno también tiene que entender que hay más clientes y que cada Banco tiene sus políticas, pero en general han tratado bien

Does not matter when you go you will always fine ridiculously longing lines. They have limited staff working. Be prepared to wait for any kind of service.

Expect to be treated poorly when using this BofA. If you are looking for notary services use the UPS store around the corner. I was greeted by pleasant staff and it was quick and inexpensive. This visit has me considering a change for all of my banking needs.

I absolutely HATE this Bank of America. The bank is under staffed, the staff they do have are super rude. Don't expect to leave out of here in a timely manner. The tellers will see a huge line but will just leave to the back. Seriously don't know how this location is still open. It makes me rethink my account with Bank of America, I should take my money else where.

I've been with Bank of America for a very long time but I just want to say this particular Bank is ridiculous. If you know you get extremely busy why do they only have two tellers and then 3 others just sitting in their desk. I've been to other Bank of America and I see the manager going to the teller and helping out. I rather drive to a different location than having to wait for 30 min to be helped.

Con razí³n le dan una sola estrella y eso por no darle ninguna, que mal que llegues a un banco y apenas antes de entrar ya te traten mal. Tienen un staff pésimo. Por favor, donde esta la política de atencion al cliente!! Really really bad!!!

Had my accounts since 2004 and after just TWO visits to 11739 West Bellfort St., Stafford, Texas 77477, once in February of this year where I went in to withdraw a few hundred from my account and was short changed and then again yesterday where I was threatened with having the police called. Now why on Earth would you feel the need to call police on a measly gold tiered personal account holder and business premiere accounts? Why???! Waiting for all my pending charges to go through on my last personal account and will close ALL accounts including business accounts and credit cards. A simple visit to have a document notarized for ME which requires my mother's signature who is a non-account holder. So the branch manager (AJ) informed me that she'll have to open an account, disregard my account status. What an inconvenience for HER when the document was for me! But before all that, the very RUDE and tackless hispanic associate tries to offer me to deposit $20k to receive a mere $200 incentive. Okay, but you dont want to make an exception so I can have my document notarized but want me to deposit $20k..... What kind of business tactics is this and who on Earth trained these two? The lack of customer service skills, syntax of response (because AJ is sorry that they're doing their job - which resulted in me closing my accounts and taking my business elsewhere - and lack of professionalism was appalling. I was treated as if I'm some sort of delinquent with an overdrawn account. So thank you but no thank you. I'll keep my Platinum status with my other institution. Will NOT deposit $20k into my measly gold tier status accounts. And of course they had no knowledge of my businesd accounts - maybe i would've been treated differently? Maybe or most likely not. I tried to stay loyal to BOA since I've had my account since 2004 and considered making it my main financial institution but after today, I'll take ALL of my financial needs to the other institutions that I have accounts with. I'm just wondering if these two came from Wells Fargo?? Or was the baton handed off to BOA? The blantant privacy violation when that girl started discussing my financial affairs including account balances IN FRONT of a someone who isn't on the account, knowing that there is only ONE person listed on the account. Seriously, were these people from Wells Fargo who participated in the unethical and deceitful practices to their customers??? Because these are the type of people employed at this location. I thought it was some sort of cruel joke but unfortunately that is not the case. I will take my business over to an institution who will APPRECIATE my business. #BOAtheNewWellsFargo

My parents' mortgage is with this bank & being that it's the closest location to where they live I usually come here to make the deposit. I've never banked with BoA & I don't think I ever would. Just a personal preference. My only complaint about this location that they don't offer coffee -cookies I get, but coffee? & I'm complaining on behalf of another person. I usually pick up a cup of coffee else where. Also one time (2011) I came to deposit a few hundred dollars & the freakin ATM decided it wanted to steal $100 from me :( I tried everything but was unable to get it back :( but that was back then. Anyway it's an okay loc. it gets what I need to do done.
