you buy lottery and if you win they don't change it according to them because there is no cash

Again the gas pump does not give Me a receipt at the pump this happens quite often .this is an easy fix they just do not do it it is part of their job customers should not have to go inside and get their receipt and wait with the other 10 or so people making purchases in the store!
