If you don't listen to this just blame yourself for this mistake. First start by looking at the reviews. They have 4.3 stars because the people that go there are too old to know any better. We only came here because we were new in town. Every other shop was packed this one had no one. This place is dirty , unsanitary and has horrible service all the way around. Let's start with we only asked for 2 pedicures. They didn't put any soap in the water, they took a hour to do cuticles that sees a nail shop every other week not there thank God. They never ever started the cleaning. She then goes to cutting my toe nails short, which I do not like by the way. She gets a nail file, listen a nail file for hands and didn't even know how to file. I had to show her how to do a perfect square shape. She looks take the file and starts shaping it round droppingthe file in my water. Two people walk in no disrespect old people walk in about 80, they sit them next to me. Clearly they never get there feet done it was disgusting. She took the tool you use for people's nails and used it to remove skin from the bottom of this ladies feet. That was the final straw. After realizing that it has been 2 hours now with the same bs and they had been on the same foot for the both of us and we're seeing some nasty stuff like that. You can catch diseases like that. I asked for the manager and told her we were ready to go offered to pay for whatever service you call that but told her I wanted the lady to stop right there. While I'm speaking to manager she then tries to start moving fast after she was told to stop and continued on. Her manager then told her to stop and she didn't listen. So another lady called the owner and he was just as worse . Asking me to please just pay and he will talk to them. I told him he was a sorry buisness owner and pathetic. This lady didn't even finish the job or polish our feet. I told him I already told the lady that I would pay for what ever she did which was not much. Then I told him online said there is a 15% off for first timers , he said he wasn't doing that anymore because they needed the money but yet it's on your website. I payed the money because they are all clearly pathetic and just stealing from good people.They were pretending to understand English none of them do whatever you ask them to do you will get the opposite. The good lord will take care of all the wrong these people have done to so many. I will also post a video and pics no worries.

This is the worst place to go to get your nails done!! I’ve been here twice and both times it’s been very awful this time I went to get my acrylic removed since it was close to my house and I called ahead to ask for that price and she told me it was $10 and then I got there and she looked at me and told me that owner says it’s $15 and I asked them approximately how long it was would take they all ignored me and then when it was time for me to pay she was forcing me to give them a tip… I feel as if that was just ridiculous and overall I would rate their customer service 0/10 not welcoming at all and I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

First visit today. Got shellac manicure and regular pedicure. Henry did a great job. No pressure upselling yo higher priced services. He said he's been here 4 years and the experience definitely showed in his workmanship. Eye for detail in everything and good massage too. This is a keeper. First time coming here since moving to the area was 7/9/23. I can definitely say it has been the worst experience I have ever had. Right off the bat, I told them what I was there for and mentioned a full set and the tech looked at my toes and said "and a pedicure?" I had scheduled a pedicure for the next day because I was short on time but also because I couldn't stand the way they looked due to the need to pick at my skin. Was told on the phone that someone would be free for a full set in 30 minutes. This was at 3:30 in the afternoon. I waiting an hour just for the chair itself. Just by glancing at their condition, you would think she would have been a little gentler with her tools but have small cuts on and above my cuticles and at one point she pulled off a nail 2-3 times because she didn't get it straight and the glue was half way dry. So you can imagine now...7/12/23 it and a few others lifted due to the fact that she put acrylic over the cuticles and over the sides of my nails. Literally the only things she got right was the color because I picked it off the shelf and the shape. Was a waste of $50 and I will not be returning.

I have been going to this nail shop for many years, and the quality of service have declined. The last visit was this past Saturday when I was having a refill done by manager Tammy. She became very unprofessional, because she wasn't able to do a design that I ask her if she could do prior to doing my nails. She agreed that she could, but once trying to do the design, she could do it so began to snatching my hand making smart comments. She went as fat as slanging nail polish all over the work station including my skin. I have experienced her in the past with attitude, but not to this extreme. There was a new customer who left because of her behavior.Services: Manicure

This place doesn't clean your feet well, you go to get a pedicure and your feet are still just as dirty. They are only interested in money. I do not recommend this place at all

The staff was very professional and courteous. As soon as I walked in, they started my nails and gave me some water. I would recommend this shop to everyone. I will definitely be back. Thanks!!!

After a recommendation from a friend I decided to try this place. Since that first time I've had the same set filled 3 times by the manager and I don't ever see myself going anywhere else. Now I actually look forward to getting them done regularly and excited about what design I'm gonna do next! She is so awesome and talented, I can walk in with any picture and if it's within her ability she'll do it. Her attention to detail is the best part.

This place is amazing! I come here all the time and have never had a bad experience. It does get crowded around 5-6pm on weekdays with people coming right after work, but usually if you call ahead (even earlier that day) you can still make an appointment for that day - it's just tough to walk in right after work because sometimes there's a wait, but it’s worth it.

The personel tries to help you choose the care that's best for your nails health. Also, the place is very beautiful with proper equipments and sanitation is prior for them. I, personally, recommend to visit this nail bar.
