Instead of just pointing me in a direction, she personally helped search through different sections, checked for other options, and made sure I found the perfect one. Her patience, professionalism, and genuinely positive attitude made a huge impression on me. She treated me like a valued customer the entire time and never seemed bothered, even though she spent extra time helping me. It’s rare to find customer service this good anymore.
