  Horrible Customer service. I was purchasing items in the store of W. Airport and SW Fwy in Houston (My usual store) when I decided to exchange some coins (Around $3.00 only) at a coinstar machine at the location. The machine ate my coins and did not process it. Walmart rep 'MINERVA' informed that the machine was broken for a while (But did not put a sign on it....) and did not help and told us to wait around two hours as the supervisors were busy and went to lunch!!!!! For $3, I left the issue as is.

  This coin machine doesn’t work and there is no aign stating the same. It allows you to put coons but then gives error message and there is no way you can get your coins back. Its not that big deal but why give away free coins.
