First time visiting a business center. More bulk products than a regular Costco warehouse. Definitely lot more choices for candy and meat products.

The prices and the goods at this location are very high quality. However, be aware that the business center does not accept returns for merchandise not stocked at the Costco business centers. In addition, I have noticed that this location doesn't possess a comprehensive history of your Costco purchases should you desire to return Costco merchandise at this location. This fact may be worked to your advantage. The hours for the BC are shorter compared to a normal Costco. The business center stocks different brands for merchandise and different quality. Occasionally, you may find wares discontinued from the nearby Costco locations at the Business Center. The discontinued wares are offered at low prices. Shopping for an individual family is more complicated compared to a normal Costco. The center stocks professional cookware from restaurant supply brands. Shopping at this location resembles a restaurant supply store compared to a normal Costco. Restaurant Depot is located a few miles away on Bissonette St. Additionally, the distribution centers for Ben E Keith and Sysco are located a few miles away from Costco Business center. The center offers delivery to businesses for an additional fee. The fee can be waived should you purchase more the $1K in merchandise.

Upon entering the store you are hit with a foul odor, some type of mercaptan (sulfur bearing compound). The customers are rude blocking aisles and spitting, gross. At the cash register the customer in front had an item not in the system, so the cashier yelled down five aisles for help. That help was of no avail. Another cashier opened and beckoned the three people behind us, you see we were second in line. That was inconsiderate and rude. All three checked out and the one in front of us still could not checkout due to system errors. Finally we went to the other cashier, so we were second in line, but thanks to an inconsiderate employee we became fourth in line. I will never go back.

Had the chance to check out the Costco Business Center in Missouri City, and wow, it's a game-changer compared to your regular Costco! This place is like a treasure trove for food enthusiasts and anyone in the food business.Right off the bat, the selection here is something else. I'm talking about a range of meats and cheeses that you just don't see at other Costco locations. It's like walking into a carnivore's paradise. I even stumbled upon a whole lamb and some seriously impressive Wagyu steaks – items you don't typically find in a regular warehouse. But the real star of the show is their meat, dairy, and produce room. It's enormous – seriously, the biggest I've ever seen. You can tell they've put a lot of thought into offering a wide variety for both personal and business needs. What's cool about this place is that it's the only Costco Business Center in Houston, which adds to its uniqueness. And the cherry on top? It's not overcrowded. You can actually take your time browsing without feeling rushed or cramped.Honestly I love the Costco Business Center in Missouri City and this is for sure a fantastic find. Whether you're stocking up for your business or just a food lover looking for quality and variety, this place has got you covered. Definitely worth a visit for a unique and satisfying shopping experience! ????

Had a return but Luis chose to wait on just the one customer he came around with and had the audacity someone will be right with me,after almost a 10 minute wait .So daring and unprofessional.Their prices for the most part are reasonable except a few where you really have to sit down and compare..Love the concept and always clean.

The business center has many things that the regular warehouse do not stock. Also some things are bigger bulk items and a lot of professional appliances for restaurant and catering gigs. They also have some produce and dairy which you can only get here so this is a weekly visit for me. I now alternate one visit to a regular warehouse and one visit to this business center.

Costco Business center is different from the regular Costco's since it has a lot more restaurant type products and no clothing or food court. I usually come here if I'm hosting a big party and I want to make sure to not only have access to bulk food but to servingware or other products. Clean and well maintained. Much fewer checkout counters but they keep the flow moving fast. Like every Costco. It gets crowded on the weekend.

While checking out my items, line was busy so I changed my line and I noticed the cashier was making fun of me and laughing with a colleague. This behavior was not only discourteous but also deeply hurtful. As a loyal Costco member, I expect to be treated with respect and dignity when shopping at your establishment. This incident has left a lasting negative impression on me and has shaken my confidence in the customer service standards of Costco. I believe that such behavior is entirely unacceptable and reflects poorly on the reputation of your business.

There was a guy in the self checkout who was not allowing to scan the membership card from the phone at Stafford Costco Business Center location# 12717 (zip code: 77477). He was asking for physical card. A Muslim lady helped me with her card. I’m not mentioning his name here. Now when everything is digital, for some reason that guy was not allowing. I went to another Costco at Richmond location today and there was no issue with scanning the membership card from phone. Requesting the management to look into the issue at Stafford location.

I wasn't quite sure what the "Business Center" on their sign meant as we went in. I was hoping I didn't have to be some Costco Business member to go in. This Costco has a lot of items that businesses/restaurants would use: cups, To go containers, restaurant equipment, etc. in addition to the usual food products. We had such a great time exploring. I'm not sure how old this place is but it was SPARKLING CLEAN and not crowded AT ALL. We did NOT see any samples like the regular Costco but this place doesn't have any many "family items" which would need sampling. My kiddos loved the "cold room" with all the produce, dairy and meats... I was freezing in there. The service was great! The cashier was friendly and speedy. Some of the items we got were on sale, thus this place is a great value! We also have a Sam's club membership so I always compare prices. We'll be back! (Make sure you read that with an Arnold Schwarzenegger accent).

Upon checkout, I looked up at Cedric to smile and say hello. Cedric looked away and grunted. The entire transaction was cold and Cedric's indifference to his customer showed brightly. When the transaction was finished, he handed over the receipt without saying a word and not even bothering to look at me. When I paused from taking the receipt, he looked over at me in obvious frustration that I had not taken the receipt yet, and I thanked him. He asked me what I expected from him, and I told him that I was expecting at least a little bit of human interaction and maybe some gratitude for my purchase on behalf of Costco, or even just a have a nice day. He responded by saying that he didn't have to say anything to me and tried to dismiss me with that. I truly hope that management will address Cedric's Behavior and the need for some type of interaction in his position with customers. Obviously I will not let a $60 membership go to waste, but if it happens again, I will be sure to bring it to the immediate attention of management so that things may be rectified right away. When it comes to customers, unless I am at a self-checkout working with a computer, a hello or some type of acknowledgment would be nice. I'm not asking for a full-blown conversation, just some type of acknowledgment.

Today, my experience at Costco was quite disappointing in terms of customer service, which is typically exceptional. Cedric, the cashier at the register, exhibited an extremely unpleasant attitude when I attempted to use my husband's membership card. His response included rolling his eyes and raising his voice, directing me to the service area. I have never encountered such horrible treatment before, and while I understand that everyone can have a bad day, I hold no blame towards Costco. However, I have decided not to revisit this particular location. Why someone would choose to work in a customer-oriented position if they lack professionalism and patience. If he despises his job to the point of treating customers poorly, I would strongly suggest that he finds another one that aligns better with his interests and abilities. Other than that the store is very clean and spacious and they have great deals. Lol

I didn't realize until I left, this is not a typical Costco, it's a business center. Many items that I purchased were within a couple of days of expiring. The milk was actually already expired by a couple of days. The store is very clean and spacious, you just need to take the time to look at expiration dates of cold items.
