“We’ve had such a great experience working with Genaro! He is genuinely one of the main reasons we continue coming back to this location. Whether we’re bringing items in to pawn or looking to make a purchase, he is always professional, knowledgeable, fair, and most importantly TRUSTWORTHY. Genaro takes the time to explain things, answer our questions, and make sure we feel comfortable with what we’re getting rather than making us feel pressured into a decision. Because of the trust he has built with us, we’ve not only continued doing business here, but he has also helped us feel confident purchasing multiple items from this location. It’s rare to come across someone in customer service who can make you feel like they’re looking out for you while still representing the business extremely well. Genaro does exactly that. He’s personable, patient, and consistently professional, and his customer service absolutely deserves recognition from management. If you’re coming into this location, ask for Genaro! We certainly will continue to. He’s earned our trust and our repeat business.”

“You will love doing business with this company! I have a booster for my f150 and am as happy as I could be! I had a question about set up and spoke with Sharita Sims. She was extremally helpful and such a pleasure to work with. She was able to troubleshoot my issue and resolved it immediately, (turns out I was setting it up incorrectly). She is a wealth of knowledge and got me ready to go! I would recommend this cell booster and company 10/10. I don't do many reviews but felt the need to spread the work on this wonderful company and how helpful they really are!”

“Bought 5 ton Trane complete system back in December '22 and was very happy with the installation, performance and price. Kevin was easy to work with and his crews are great. Fast forward to August '23 and I noticed the outdoor condenser unit made a loud clang upon shutdown. Called Kevin and he sent his tech, Ken out to look at it. We turned the unit on and off, checked for any interference with the fan and the case etc. Ken finally figured out the 4 little nuts holding the fan/motor to the top case were slightly loose from the factory. He tightened them and the loud clang was gone! Great job Ken! No charge too.”

“Used my Solare in the truck, the car and with the kids! Lol!! The noise canceling was beyond what I imagined. In other words, I could only hear what I needed to hear.Even though it came with the charging cable, the solar charge is amazing! Leaving it hanging on my window to charge worked great!!!!”

“The parts here is way better than others. Their "deluxe" quality is the best I've ever found. Only cheap people going to Harwin, it's like a joke”
