“I worked with Jason and Danielle to get two radios programmed for use at work. I found them both to be polite, and professional. Communication was prompt easy. It was no trouble to get either of them by email or phone as I needed. They went above and beyond to help me make the best decision for my application and to answer all the questions I had in the process. I am not a big customer and only spent $68, but was definitely treated as important. They even overnighted the radios back (at no cost) to ensure I got them in time. Top notch service, and excellent pricing. No need to go anywhere else. Thank you HCI!”

“Great experience with Damilola at the Apple Store today. This was the most efficient process that we’ve ever experienced at the Apple Store in over 15 years. We went to upgrade our old iPhone to a newer one. Dami was extremely attentive and communicated everything very clearly. During the iCloud backup process, normally, it would take over an hour due to the amount of storage on the phones. However, Dami was extremely intelligent and utilized an ethernet cable in the back to speed up the process, making it happen in less than two minutes. He is very creative and things out of the box, making our experience a very great one today. Would recommend finding him for any of your Apple needs!!”

When the doors opened at 10 AM. I was standing in front of the door. Ashley greeted me with a smile. She was attentive, helpful. The other member of the staff also assisted. I walked up at 9:57 and I walked out by 10:12.
