I rented a car here through AAA for about 6 weeks and had nothing but great experiences with Enterprise in this location. The rental and return process was quick and easy. When I had questions about the car, they answered promptly. The car was new, in great condition, and had no issues.

I had intended to have my vehicle repaired at the body shop, so I decided to visit the location in advance to arrange for a rental car. The staff assured me that they would take care of my needs without any issues. On the day I needed the rental, I arrived approximately an hour and a half early to ensure everything was in order and perhaps even obtain the car earlier than scheduled. However, I was informed that they did not have a vehicle available for me earlier but assured me that it would be ready at the designated time. To my surprise, I received a call one hour before the scheduled time informing me that they still did not have a car for me, and I felt that they did not make a sincere effort to assist me in finding an alternative solution. I expected better service from ERAC, as I typically associate this level of service with Hertz. I trust that improvements can be made in the future. DO BETTER!

Can NEVER get anyone on the phone. Be prepared to be on hold at least 30 minutes. I was supposed to be picked up at the dealership and let them know I would be at the dealership at 9. They said to call when I was ready and they would pick me up. Never got anyone on the phone so the lady at the dealership helped. They told her they were expecting me at 9 and would call me. They called the wrong number (my husband's) and left a message saying I missed my appointment and that there were no more vehicles available. You'll miss your appointment time just waiting for them to answer. Avoid this place at all cost.EDIT: reached out to customer service per their request for more info in their reply on my original review. They never responded or contacted me. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time trying to do business with them.

I had an experience today that really was amazing. I entered the rental car location and was greeted by Will and later by KB. First of all the professionalized and respectful service and attitude really made my day. I had already been to 2 of Hertz locations they were rude and disrespectful and I guess they did not want to there, so I had my insurance company transfer my reservation to Enterprise rental. Like I said I’m so happy I did that because they really did help me in anyway possible and took care of several other people in the process I just wanted to say that Will and KB were a great team and they got the job done and showed excellent customer service and respect.From start to finish.

Extremely poor experience at this rental place. Had reserved thru Costco travel. The booking lady had allotted the car and half way thru booking. Then she made lame excuse to not give the car because I suggested some improvements in the process. I took the Uber for my trip.Update: Based on reply from Enterprise I provided them all the information. After spending 6 days providing info to different persons, they replied that renting location will get back to me and resolve, but no call. Nothing happened. Wasted more time.

I waited more than 30 minutes and never saw an Enterprise employee. The one person ahead of me in line was there to return a car. I tried to modify/cancel my reservation with the link in the confirmation email, but received a message that I would have to use the toll-free number.

I can't and will not be using Enterprise ever again. They have raised their deposit from 200 to 300, and after I took a Lyft to the store which cost $7 there and $7 back, they then told me they Do Not take Chime VISA cards. Terrible service.

Will at the Sterling McCall Nissan location is fantastic at his job. He goes above and beyond to truly give each customer a seamless experience. Not only me, but other customers in the rental office spoke very highly of Will and the service he provides. He's extremely courteous and professional and makes himself available to ensure there are no issues for the duration of the rental period. He's well organized and great at communicating, such as when explaining the terms of the rental agreement, and he provides a hassle-free rental experience. I would highly recommend this location to people based on the service that I received from Will.

I wish I could give more stars but Enterprise in itself is horrible! The staff at this location were very friendly but whoever is in charge of checking tires at this location didn’t do their job. 3 of the 4 tires were horrible and I didn’t catch it because I don’t know how to tell when a tire is bad. I definitely learned after this but as big of a company enterprise is, they shouldn’t have workers slacking this bad. Especially, with something that can harm their customers. I have waisted close to 7 hours of my trip in tire shops and have spoken to their horrible customer service more times that I would have liked. Definitely do not recommend Enterprise at all! I am beyond disappointed with the Enterprise experience. Hopefully the staff is friendly and makes this some what right when I go and return the van.

They give me the car and it was half gas, they told me when you return give it to us half gas " same as what i got it ", then they charged me for gas and saying that i give it to them half and it should be full regardless when i got the car i told them its half and the said just give it to us half and when i talk to them on the phone telling them about it she was so rude and hang up the call , I would never get any car from them again

I agree as "worst customer service, they should close down". Their rental office is deceiving in filling half the car with gas policy. You can return the car to the collision place, nobody checks, nobody says anything, and the collision place takes it to the rental office. I was given the car with four dashes underlined as half full in gas. It was returned with four dashes underlined as half full in gas to the collision center, as should be. They charged me for gas saying they measured it and their tech system showed 3over8 and not4over8!!!!! NEVER RENT FROM 'ENTERPRISE RENT A CAR' with such a cheating system. A little from every car they cheat with a fortune.

Great customer service!!! I was in a huge bind when my car unexpectedly needed service. I dropped my car off for service and went immediately to the Stafford location. I was disappointed to learn they had no available cars. The employee behind the counter (Iceses B.) Wasted no time in making quick accommodations for me as I was due to be at work. Her kind and friendly demeanor was much appreciated and I would highly recommend their service because of her. Thanks Iceses!!.

This is the worst car rental agency ever. They lie to their customers at first and they do not provide proper information to their customers. My experience with this agency is the worst and I am so so sad. They kept charging my card without my consent and when I called the customer service, she was very rude. I told them about charging my card the first time and they kept charging it. I won’t recommend this car agency to my worst enemy because that are all scam. They don’t care about their customers feeling. This car agency is the worst. If zero star was an option, this car agency will get it. This is the worst
