Went there to buy a firearm. I have a license to carry and no criminal history gave this gun specialist as they call him my cards and filled out the form and he told me I was prohibited from buying a firearm so I went home did my research and decided to appeal so I went back to get the transaction number or case number and then this guy told me oh it didn’t get that far it was a store decision not to sell me. I went to a gun store and bought the same gun no issues . So he lied that I was prohibited and told me I can’t apply again until 30 days then when he found out I did my research and was taking it further he admitted that I was not prohibited and he didn’t run a check. Because I’m black?. I had everything I needed and he had no right lying to me and should have just said I don’t want to sell you a gun. When I went back I watch him sold someone from another race a gun walked them to the door and handed it over but lied to me that I was prohibited fully well knowing he didn’t run a check on me even after I handed him my LTC and drivers license. That was discrimination. Glad it worked out that was because I got a better deal for a brand new gun at a the gun shop but either way that was wrong and I’ll never go back there period and this was 10/11/25
