I called to make an appointment for an alignment and oil change (I have the Lifetime Alignment service). Without asking for a same day appointment one was offered for a few hours later so I accepted. When I arrived I confirmed the services (I asked for them to reattach my splash guard as well, but did not ask for anything else). I asked how long the service wound take and the rep said 1- 1 1/2 hrs. After over 2 hours, I inquired. I was told another 7 minutes. At 2 1/2 hr he calls me up and says actually the alignment hasn't been done yet. So, from my perspective it's taken 2 1/2 hrs to get an oil change (+ the splash guard was reattached which he said was super quick bc the screw was still there). After 3 hr and 15 min, a woman says I'm ready to check out. She asks me to pay before I've seen the invoice so I ask for that as I wasn't given an estimated total when I checked in. I notice a Vehicle Inspection that I didn't ask for. The woman doesn't know anything about it and gets the original person I signed in with. He had put in a for a "Complete Vehicle Inspection", but said it really wasn't done and edited it to be the splash guard reattachment. But, I think the mechanics spent time doing this because I got an inspection report. And, he was able to look at their notes and tell me the condition of my brakes. He said all the recommendations were just based on the age and mileage of the vehicle (which was also annotated incorrectly as almost 100k more than what I have), but why did I get a separate vehicle inspection report and notes on the condition of my brakes? This would also explain, maybe, why it took so long? I shouldn't have been offered an appointment if they didn't have the staffing to do the service in the typical time. No one updated me during the visit and there may have been confusion between the front person and the mechanics that caused a big delay. I will say the staff were more polite and less gruff than most other Firestone locations and the price was correct, but the poor communication/miscommunication and impact on my time was not a good experience as I was not able to run my other errands.

I was in Missouri city for 3 days and while there, had a small car concern. I stopped at Firestone and a very considerate young man named Corey worked my car in to get it inspected ( at almost closing time ) he had a mechanic look at it and were able to pinpoint the problem. I was relieved it was something minor and not dangerous. So high 5 corey and gang ! You guys Rock !! Anybody else would have turned us away.

They are really great I had an appointment for 12 but they took my car early told me what was wrong. When they were working on my car they followed up to let me know what was going on. And if they make an error in communication they will fix the issue right then

Went to see Milton today . In the middle of this heat he was more than accommodating, sweet , gave me all my options and also taught me something new about my car. He did all of this with a smile . An amazing employee and appreciate his so much today ! Firestone has a stellar employee!!!! Thank you

Worst experience ever. Please stay away from this shop. Manager there did not take me serious. Customer service is trash after making an appointment my truck stayed park all day without even get a call or update. When I went to ask for my keys he didn’t care of making things right. I get it things happen but at least making things rights statement of being “honest” I guessing they don’t stand by it. Y’all

Got a general inspection to look through some items of concern, and lifetime tire balance and rotation done. I stayed in person and waited it out while working from hotspot. I don't have his name but he's a fellow Subaru owner and his service was amazing. Showed me photos of everything they found and most of my concerns from another shop I could put to rest. As Subarus do, one stud broke and we had to wait an hour for parts. The engine air filter was also done. One less thing to worry about. I could walk away knowing I had everything I need, pictures, my questions answered, knowing what components that are semi on the way out, and that everything else is a picture of health for now.
I won't tack off a star for the fact that another guy stated I couldn't bring in my own parts other than tires for them to do the labor. I've had other Firestones do that for me in the past. When my brakes are due, I'll likely try somewhere else. This is the best Firestone service I've ever had otherwise.
