DO NOT CONSIDER FROST BANK OR FROST INVESTMENT COMPANIES unless your plan is to lose money.My examples: In 2022 I purchased a $500.00 Roth IRA. 18 months later I received $325.78 for the Roth IRA after losses and account closing fees. Checking account balances under $1500 will get you an $8.00 monthly service fee.Please check around for numerous other investment companies for your money or investments.There are too many other companies out there that will not steal your money with hidden fees and time-consuming delays that eat up your savings. I finally completed a transfer of a large IRA out of Frost Investments to a major insurance company, in response to severe financial losses over the past couple of years. Numerous delays in the transfer, lasting several weeks, cost me a loss of value to my accounts, along with numerous account closure fees. Basically, the delayed transfer cost me tens of thousands of dollars. I have since found that most other investment companies would liquidate and transfer funds within one week.Think Frost is a worthy investment? DON'T BANK ON IT!

Today I went in with problems that I couldn't solve by myself and the New Teller LaShawn Miller was a Great Assit to me. She corrected my wrong and did so very Patiently and Friendly....So I personally say "Thank You Friend" and recommend her service when you go in....

Really disappointed with the service received and the run around given due to an error by Frost Bank. The representative made my account negative and my scheduled payment was returned due to the CS error who told me not to worry about the negative, But failed to mention that they would return auto-payments. Now Frost won’t reimburse for NSF fees charged by the retailer due to Frost banks error.

I love Frost bank. The personal service, care the staff gives you and the fact you're not lost in a sea of millions means so much. This branch goes above and beyond to be professional as does the bank. If you call you get a live person 24/7 who lives right here in Texas ready to help you. No push 1 or 2 and etc. no outsourcing but fast service. There's more than meets the eye to Frost and I encourage everyone to give them a try!!
