Miracle worker! My iPad got stuck in a frozen state and wouldn't turn on or open at all, and I thought it was totally broken. This guy took about 2 minutes with a specialized tool to fix it, then didn't even charge me for the repair! So glad I chose to bring it here instead of sending it to Apple!

Omar is so patience. This Chi- town guy was super helpful. I definitely would recommend him to all of my family members who lives in Missouri City, Stafford, and Houston near by to stop by for their cell phone accessories and troubleshooting needs.

I was having an issue with my iPhone not turning on and it wasn’t letting me factory data reset, it’s pretty beat up I have 2 kids that have dropped it, spilled water on it etc so it’s seen better days.? I took it to the apple store they told me it was beyond repair, so then I took it to Best Buy’s Geek squad and they said to just get a new phone and don’t bother with it anymore that it was going to be too expensive to fix. So then I brought it here and what do you know? Omer fixed it.??He also fixed our laptop that my toddler spilled water on at a decent price unlike Geek squad that wanted to charge and absurd amount ($400+) Definitely will be taking all my electronics to him from now on! Highly recommend this place. ????⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Needed a same day repair on my One Plus 6T which had a black display. Called Omar and he was very clear on prices and expectations and even got the job done same day. These days you need your devices working optimally and if yours goes down you can trust Sam and Omar to help you out. Very happy with the results and will be back again if device repair is needed!

Excellent customer service!! My cell phone fell into the water one early morning while I was in my bathroom, as a result, it started to malfunction, it just kept turning on and off, on and off on its own untill it completely stopped working. So as an act of desperation, I went to the Cricket store across the street from Gadget to see if they could help me restore my phone because the only pictures of my 3-year old twins as new born infants and many more pictures of them as they were getting older to date was all in this phone, consequently, I desperately needed to restore it because unfortunately for me, none of these baby pictures showed up in my backup when I went searching for them. The Cricket store across the street tried but could not restore my phone, as a last effort, one of the guys that works there referred me to Gadget, the store was not yet opened so I called the number that was posted there, a gentleman named Omar answered the phone and he eventually came over and opened the store. I explained my situation to him and he immediately started to take my phone apart, cleaned it up with some cleaning agent, when he was done with the cleaning, he put the phone back together and turned it on, to my very surprise and amazement, my phone came back to life, he restored everything back to normal including all the photos, I was so amazed that I busted into tears of joy, I honestly thought I had lost the only photos of my twins taken when they were newborn infants and many other photos of them growing up. I was just so happy. As if that was not enough help, when Omar saw me crying, he was so visibly moved, he started to download all the photos in my gallery into a flash drive and when he was done saving them, he gave the flash drive to me. Omar went above and beyond to make sure that those memories of my twins in photos, which I almost lost completely was saved forever. This store provides the best customer service like no other, Omar is extremely good at what he does and most importantly, his prices are very affordable.
