Prices, products, and customer service are truly exceptional. However, the Stafford location consistently struggles with long wait times. With only two or three staff members on duty, customers often face delays of at least 30 minutes. Even when I initiate curbside pickup 20 minutes before arriving, I still end up waiting another 20 minutes upon reaching the store. I strongly urge the corporate office to consider assigning additional staff to this location to improve the overall customer experience.

Ordered a part said it would be ready at noon showed up after paying for the part and they sold it to someone else and had to reorder it come back the next day to wait in line for 45 minutes in the (express) pickup line

Great location with amazing and knowledgeable staff. They’ll greet you as you come in even if they’re slammed. They’ll know and find exactly what you need and have you on your way and back to work in a flash. Best supply house in the area.

Diana was amazing, walking in I knew I was only looking for a 50 cent o ring, which means it’s hard to get anyone’s time of day to help you find the size you need. She was very quick to help me, measure the diameter and find the right material I needed. You just can’t find service like this and it should be highlighted.
