They don't like dealing with smaller children
I called asked if they will cut my 3 year old hair cut. They lady who answered acted like she did not even want me to bother coming in.

I recently took my 6yo here for a haircut (it was picture day the following day). Mary did a great job. She was awesome with my son. Pro-Clips had a cool vide with music playing on the screen. Definitely coming back.

My service asked if I could have my hair dried leaving still a little bit of dampness. They said yes when I asked for my daughters hair to be a little dried she said that she couldn’t. When it was my turn they said we had to leave with our hair soaking wet. They said great clips does not dry hair it would be an extra $40. Round brush +$70. As a former great clips employee of 13 years I find this beyond ridiculous. Asked to speak to a manager they denied having any manager and shook their heads no. Worst customer service experienced.

After I left this place I got a rash all over my head. I had to buy dandruff shampoo and put Vicks on my head for a week to clear up the rash. I think their hair clips and other equipment might be dirty and not sanitized correctly.

Ladies that work here are very nice and the cuts are top tier. I will continue to get my hair cut here as long as Lynn remains. The prices are quite reasonable as well.
