Needed Full AC replacement Saturday afternoon last September. The AC contractor said he could get a new system installed next day on a Sunday. I asked Contractor how he was able to obtain the Unit so quickly. Contractor said that Nolan Hewitt with Johnstone Supply worked with him to make sure he got it the very next morning....

Called in morning, part was available and picked up part plus additional items needed to add secondary return to existing system. Found this place cheaper than home Depot and customer service was great.
