SCAM!!! stay away from this company. they offer a free trail for the product. I returned and cancel subscription, however i closed any future payments or purchases on my end , .and they have been trying to make more charges and they don't stop sending emails demanding to update my payment method or credit cards #. i have responded to them multiple times and they continue with the same issue. DO NOT INTENT TO BUY anything from them, or close or change your account or they will be overcharging for product s returned or never received. be aware and read the reviewers.

My order was missing a eye shadow. Called, gave them info. and they sent it right out. No problems! It's nice to have a company actual believe you and stand by their product.

Love the product an communication process. I initially ordered the incorrect color and made them aware within 10 minutes of placing the order. However the order was process the very next day. They communicated with me and provide reasonable alternatives and return process. I received the order within 4 business days and decided to keep the color and place 2 more order. I love Luminess product. Good fit and quality.

Love the product but it’s not the right color :( the primer is smooth as silk and makes my pores visibly smaller. You really can do your whole face with a few tiny sprays onto the provided brush. I’m having to blend other contouring into it to try to make it match bc it’s too light, unfortunately. I have used their airbrush makeup in the actual machine before and I actually like this better. Hopefully can find the correct color

I spoke with Hansel today.He was very knowledgeable and helpful about my issue and resolve it quickly!! I love the system but and hoping for a device that lasts longer than 2 or 3 months because I love the serums very much and have been putting them on with my hands. This is the 3rd faulty device I had. Hansel was excellent not his fault the device quicks working!!

I never received the product so I can't really rate it. If I knew it was not the mailPersonnel somewhere continuing to mess up our mail then I "Could" rate my experience as far as order goes, but I honestly do NOT think that the company "Luminess" is at fault do to it NOT being the ONLY mail that my household had never received. It sucks bc I would LOVE to try ALL the Luminess air brush products.?☹️?

I just received the product and only applied once. I like the coverage. It doesn't look as if I'm wearing any makeup, which I love. I found it very easy to apply. I wasn't sure if I added too much as there weren't any instructions with the order. Looking forward to seeing how it feels after wearing for a few times.

Best spray foundation I've ever used! It is beautiful! The medium has a nice golden glow to it! Breathable coverage. It has a flawless smooth finish and even blends and covers fine lines and scars. I will definitely be using this exclusively! Awesome product! Thank you so much!

Not crazy about the color, it’s a bit on the orange side but I’ll try it a few more times before deciding if I should return it. As far as feel it’s nice, it is light coverage which is great and doesn’t irritate my skin which is a huge plus. Let’s see what happens.

I absolutely love the spray on primer and base. The quality is excellent and does match my tone perfectly and has awesome coverage. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because it looked like the extra eye shadow I ordered came with a brush and it did not and if 4 1/2 stars was an option you would have gotten that. Love the makeup!

JORGE WAS AWESOME! I love the airbrush spray silk foundation but I chose a color too light. Jorge helped me find the right shade, sent me a new bottle and changed my subscription. I'm very happy. Excellent customer service.

Customer service lied to me multiple times about when I would receive my package. It took them 6 days to ship my package and I did not receive my order for 10 days. The color did not match at all and my traditional makeup covers much better. Extremely disappointed!! Never again!

The "try before you buy" is a great little starter kit!! I absolutely LOVE the brush! The primer makes your skin unbelievablely soft. I took the foundation quiz to try and get my color, and that's always been my biggest problem, it's either too light or too dark. The quiz said "fair" was my shade so I chose that one. Once again, it's too light. But the foundation is light and airy feeling, and you can build the coverage if you more.
