She is incredibly empathetic and validating and finally made me feel like I wasn't going crazy. Her constant reassurance that we would get to the bottom of things and that there were always more solutions we could employ if needed helped me stay motivated to keep going even when symptoms persisted at times. “I recently delved into an interesting theory that many chronic diseases may not only be caused by lifestyle choices, but may also be significantly affected by micronutrient deficiencies. This eye-opening new perspective clearly demonstrates that these elements are fundamental to cellular function and, in turn, greatly impact our overall health.
I decided to start trying this test myself, I recently took Spectracell lab's micronutrient test and I must say, the process was very easy and enlightening. The convenience of ordering a test kit directly online is a great place to start. For those who prefer a more guided approach, there is also the option of consultation with a healthcare provider.
Once I order the test, the next step is to draw blood. Spectracell Lab provides clear directions for finding nearby draw locations using their online search tool, which helped me quickly find a convenient location. The actual blood draw was handled professionally and went smoothly, which I appreciate.
The most impactful part of the process is receiving the results. The staff at Spectracell Lab walked me through a detailed report that was not only easy to understand, but also informative. We discussed my specific micronutrient levels and what they mean for my health. I don’t think this review system wants to share my privacy, but I can really only say that this report has made me understand my health information better, and I highly recommend everyone to try it! I have decided to try to improve my physical health based on my report and go ahead and test my trace minerals again based on their recommendations.
