Sandra was pleasant to deal with. Great customer service from start to finish!! My husband made a magnet wall for me and it turned out amazing! (Posted pic in public photos) whole thing (trim included) was around $70!!

I ordered a piece of sheet metal paid for it and have never received it in 2 weeks I was told it would be in in 2 days not a call not anything I think they just took my money and laughed about it.

Late review... but I was helped over a year ago to obtain flat bar to reinforce a defective design in my Salvation Trailers dump trailer that the manufacturer would not warranty. Staff helped my wife with the materials pickup and were gracious and helpful in all aspects of this transaction.
