Yeah it’s just a motel ..when asking housekeeping to clean they do a great job .
Service 2/5 If you want great service or normal human decency I recommend staying at a different hotel even if it’s more expensive.‼️
Edit - some rooms smells super bad and it’s roach infested 🪳, and microwave did not work at all in my room all the days I was there. better to switch rooms just be prepared when getting a room at this hotel.

I was absolutely disgusted by this motel, it was so many roaches that I couldn’t even sleep in the room I ended up sleeping in the car and even then I went from not seeing one roach in my car to seeing roaches in my car just from sitting near the garbage can. Honestly I don’t remember his name but he definitely made my experience better. I couldn’t stay my whole time but I’m just happy the situation got settled the right way. I won’t be back to this roach motel but I do appreciate the people working there they actually did their jobs as far as room service and making sure the outside was picked up and clean from garbage.

We check in on Friday and Saturday this place was so disgusting dirty bathrooms were not clean we asked for cleans towels on Saturday they said they didn't have any until Sunday morning...the beds looked like they have been used before we got there....no cover ...pillows were so flat ...1st and the last time will not recommend this hotel at all to anyone...it was dark inside and and floors seems dirty in the hall way...the rooms smelled like if someone was smoking all night ...the cover to mattress were disgusting stained from others ....not pleasant at all...we should of never stayed at this place....this hotel should be closed down due to being disgusting dirty ...we really should get a refund for both nights ....really need someone to call us back to discuss this problem....you as a hotel should have cleans towels at all times and ur bedding should be clean all the time ....not sure who cleans ur hotel rooms but they are not doing their job..we also seen roaches in the bathroom and on the head board disgusting...those pics u post are not true.on the website false advertisement on your web site....this I a terrible hotel

I recently stayed at this Motel and had an amazing experience. The rooms were impeccably clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was cozy, and the amenities provided exceeded my expectations for a motel.
The staff was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was pleasant. They were always available to answer any questions and provided great recommendations for local attractions and dining spots.
The location was convenient, with easy access to highways and nearby points of interest. Despite being close to everything, the room was quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep.
Rooms: The Rooms were clean.

Unfortunately, we made an 8-day reservation for this place, relying on Expedia. And we went there with our 7 year old child. It is not a place where a person can stay, let alone a child. The lady at the entrance showed us 3 rooms, each more bad than the other, and there was no way we could stay in any of them. Then he told us to cancel the reservation and get your money back. And I have been trying to get my money from these unknown places and people for 3 days. Even expedia says it can't reach them. THIS IS A SCAM. Nothing is like in the photos. I will meet with my lawyer. And I will do my best to close this place. I want my money, every penny, from this damn place where I can't stay!

The room was not clean and smelled like mildew. THERE IS NO ELVATOR the stairs almost killed me going up them. The staff was very rude when asking for anything. The man working there tried putting us in 2 different rooms which smelled bad and dirty. .the tv didnt work right and we were worried about our vehicle in the parking lot due to people hanging out with loud music. I will never stay there again. The staff was not friendly and acted like they were being bothered when asking for toilet paper or towels... Service was the worst I ever experience The ice machine was broke and very bad maintenence problems.. Those people did not care what so ever about there customers.

Roach infected & room had a very bad stench, office staff was of NO HELP! Apparently they don't care about cleaning & sanitizing rooms correctly either! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

More maintenance is needed, specifically the stairs. Comfortable bed, the room they assigned me did not have a refrigerator, microwave, or iron for clothes.

Absolutely gross. Sheets didn't even feel washed! The same dead cockroach was on the floor in front of my room at 6pm Friday when I checked in and it was right there at 10am Sat when I checked out! Insultingly filthy ?

This is a great location and great friendly staff only thing is they are low on staff for as room service you will have to go and get your own items (towels,tissue,blankets,broom) they don’t even come knock to see if you want to exchange your stuff but other than that I love this location we always come in when we have work in Houston or surrounding area and they are pet friendly

The room was smelly, the bed was uncomfortable however the bathroom was clean. The area was a bit sketchy people out in the parking lot all hours of the night making noise, did not sleep well here. it seems they offer long term stays.We will not be back to this one.
