Very unfriendly store representatives! When you say thank you even twice, you just get to see a serious attitude as a response and no welcome. This is how you treat your customers? Common, learn some good customer service rules.

I give Merline and Randy 5 stars for helping me out with my auto situation! As frustrating as my car situation is right now, they were very helpful and patient to my needs. You guys both deserve raises or extra $ from your boss because without PEOPLE like you guys, there would not be O'Reilly success stories or experiences for PEOPLE like me. Need more people like yall! Thank you!

Came in for some wiper blades. The woman merline at the front with the awesome tattoos was so helpful and even helped me change the blades. But the gentleman who was with her in the front made my son’s day. He is so kind. “Bless your souls”. Hahaha. Iykyk This place is awesome. 10/10

Stopped before work since this location opens at 7:30. Store was still closed upon arriving at 7:34. Person opening the store seemed bothered to have such an early customer.Gave it a three star rating just because they had the product I was looking for.

Went in to get battery charges and tested.The hispanic lady with glasses and blonde hair was extremely rude kept making remarks of how she hates doing the tests gave me very bad attitude when asked her how long it would take.

Would absolutely not recommend this O'Reilly's store, and urge anyone to shop elsewhere. The counter sales people (Melline and Veronica or Valencia...shirt was wrinkled and could not make out the name) werr not very helpful. Woulf not listen to my concerns, and wrongfully assumed they knew what to do instead of answering my questions. A battery less than a year old, and they could not or would not look up it's history or warranty eligibility without me providing purchase history. Would they look it up via the barcode serial number right on too of the battery? No they would not. I asked if I was wasting my time if they were not going to look up the history, and she said thry would talk about that *after* they trsted the battery. The battery already tested bad, but she insisted. It would be a while, so they gave me a claim ticket. I left. Less than an hour later she calls to say it tested bad. No surprise. I asked her wat my steps would be toward warranty or pro-rated replacement, and she responded that she would need to know where it was bought. I told her where it was bought, and then she wanted more specifics. We'd already been through this the first time I came in asking about possible warranty coverage and they insisted on testing it first before discussing it. I returned to pick up the bad new battery. They did nothing. Wasted time and travel a second time. O'Reilly's does NOT scan or track warrantied parts by the serial numbers or bar codes on the parts, or so I was told. Never again.

I just left this store and knew walking in I was going to have a problem. I really don't like coming to this location because a few people that work here don't have good customer service relation interaction skills, like Merlin and the young lady that always have an attitude like she doesn't want to work.She's always wearing that black/gray hoodie. I went to another location and was able to get what I needed with no problem. Trust I will be calling corporate tomorrow!

The cleanest and the most organized oriellys I have been inside! Everyone inside was extremely helpful! Especially the manager of the store, she really helped me out and helped me understand what the issue was going on with my car! Thank you Andrea

Rude employees didn’t want to do a return and told me to go back to the store I got it from because they already had too many returns they did that day straight told me take it back there very unprofessional

I came before their closing time and they had locked the doors before the time they even told me. It's a lazy location at least in the evening. Says they close at 9 and I got here ample enough time before that and the door was locked and they said they closed.

Andrea is very professional and knowledgeable as is everyone employed at this location. As soon as soon you walk in you're Greeted with a "Welcome to O'Reilly." Great prices for all your automotive needs.☆☆☆☆☆
