“John and his team are absolutely superb: very fair on pricing and super helpful. A much better alternative than trying to list your excess items on some social media, answering 50 questions, and people not turning up and then haggling. What you get here: straight appraisal, straight valuation, straight money.”

“We’ve had such a great experience working with Genaro! He is genuinely one of the main reasons we continue coming back to this location. Whether we’re bringing items in to pawn or looking to make a purchase, he is always professional, knowledgeable, fair, and most importantly TRUSTWORTHY. Genaro takes the time to explain things, answer our questions, and make sure we feel comfortable with what we’re getting rather than making us feel pressured into a decision. Because of the trust he has built with us, we’ve not only continued doing business here, but he has also helped us feel confident purchasing multiple items from this location. It’s rare to come across someone in customer service who can make you feel like they’re looking out for you while still representing the business extremely well. Genaro does exactly that. He’s personable, patient, and consistently professional, and his customer service absolutely deserves recognition from management. If you’re coming into this location, ask for Genaro! We certainly will continue to. He’s earned our trust and our repeat business.”

“I love, love, love this store. I actually have a pawn shop close to my house and I still choose to drive here. My first purchase was with Nico for a Michael Kors watch I was upset and she made my day. Everytime I come into the store she’s so friendly and helpful. The store is super clean, organized, and the atmosphere is everything. I’ll wait just to check out with her. She’s so thorough and so kind. I really love this store. 1000 out of 10. I remind this store to anyone looking for good quality merchandise and exceptional service.”

“These guys are top notch - they told me that while they primarily specialize in purchasing gold, jewelry, etc (and not so much parts) - they worked with me to purchase an extra Rolex bracelet as I had recently switched to a jubilee for my Datejust. I had made the inquiry a day before, visited the next, and was in and out in probably less than fifteen minutes with a check in hand. I genuinely could not recommend this place more and would certainly return to sell future pieces. Even the BofA down the street spoke highly of them, which to me, assured that I partnered with a reputable business. Thank you guys for the speedy turnaround and efficient process!”

“Unbelievable place. I brought my father’s jewelry in to get it cleaned to have it buried with him. Daniel Stephen and James not only cleaned up everything so that it looked better than new but also helped me restore everything and researched the history of each piece. Respectful, honest, and showed genuine respect for each piece regardless of value. You really shouldn’t be going anywhere else.”

“This is my update on this pawnshop. This is the worst pawnshop in the area. If you bring any items in here, they will automatically try to lowball you and tell you that they can’t look up your item due to an anuthn app. They judge you off of your looks close and everything before you even pawn an item And on top of that your item can be brand new cost $300 from Fendi and they still won’t take it. It doesn’t make sense to me then I go right around the corner to Fondren and they give me the help I need. The guy Antonio, that’s working there needs to be fired. He have the worst service in the world. He treated me like crap and act like he couldn’t even look my items up. This is the worst pawnshop in the whole area. Please investigate this the only person that do what they have to do is John. He’s the only great worker here. All of the other workers is just BS and around and declining people for their item. This is the pawnshop and the whole area with at least items in there. You guys better investigate this before y’all end up losing this business due to them I’m not taking items”

“I cannot recommend this place enough, truly. These guys are friendly, warm, professional, and most importantly-honest. I was lowballed for my gold and brought it here where they gave me more than double the first offer from another store. I was told at Sunbelt that it was not even silver, but when I took it here, they told me it was not silver, but white gold. Brian was absolutely amazing. This is a good and honest establishment that will give you your money's worth and make you want to come back and buy something just to support them. Wonderful people. If you don't know what pawn shop to go to, GO TO HERITAGE!”

“Came in to pawn my collector gun. Although it hurt, Cooper and staff were amazing. They definitely made the transition very easy and comfortable . Very knowledgeable very transparent. Very honest. Great customer service. You will have no issues whatsoever. My first time pawning anything, and it felt like a good thing, all things considered. I hope I never find myself in a situation where I have to pawn my valuable items again, but if push comes to shove, this is the only place I’d be willing to come. They do have a lot of things to choose from if you want to buy, but if you’re looking to sell or pawn, they are the guys/company you want to go to! Thank you Cooper, very cool no nonsense type of guy. And no I’m trying to sell yall nor is this a paid review. Real customer, real review, and real money in my pocket thanks to these guys. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE unless you like being robbed. Peace ✌”
