They sold me and my dad a lemon back in 2012. Passed the dealership today and remembered this was the one that sold it to us. Car would turn off while driving around 30 miles an hour. Mechanics couldn’t figure it out. Ended up shaking and finally dying a few years later. Absolute lemon of a vehicle.

Very helpful salesman. Picked up a 2021 SuperDuty at a great price. Dealership offered to meet on a holiday. Which was helpful! Quick transaction on the vehicle. I showed up, wrote him a check and was don with paperwork in 10 minutes. Very nice owner as well. Truly appears to care about customers.

I recently purchased a vehicle for my daughter from Matt at Auto One. After the paperwork was signed we discovered an issue with the vehicle. Matt responded promptly and took care of everything!! I was looking for a specific make and model of Suburban. I found it online at Auto One USA and my son was in Houston on business and stopped by to test drive it for me. The Suburban was in great condition and a good price. I put a deposit on the Suburban and was on a plane in 2 days to go get the vehicle. They were ready for me and it was a great transaction. I was scammed out of my money. There wasn’t even a battery in the car and the next day after I bought it, it started turning off every time I put it in reverse. The dude said he’d lower the price for me specifically because he knew I was having a baby and he wanted my baby in “good hands”. That’s the only reason I took the car and now I see why he lowered it.
