My son has been going here for almost a year now. When we started, I expected my son to go a few times and get sick of it. But he is the one constantly reminding me that it's time to go to a workout! He enjoys this place so much that He had a birthday party at this place! The progress my son has made with his speed and agility has been amazing. You can possibly say that he's just getting faster and stronger with age, but I can really appreciate the good habits they are teaching my son. The sports sessions are great too! Staff here are very friendly and communicate very well after workouts if needed. They also measure his progress every few weeks, great way to see real time results.
