I wash told there was an hour wait I said ok do I need to sign in and the guy stated no. I said ok I’ll be back. I left got my brows done next door and came back and he stated it’s longer than an hour. He gave someone else my spot. After coming back in an hour.

The lady at Regal nails on Dunvale- in Houston just got there at around 11 am today. She started off loud speaking to everyone. I told her that I have a benefit thru my health insurance. She started raising her voice saying that they don’t take my debit card? She said that the manager said so? But she was not trying to help me? However she was soo rude. Anyway I forgive her. I didn’t waste my time arguing with her. Bc she was not trying to help me? Anyway good luck going there. Plus the space was soo small in there.
I went to Regal nails in Stafford. Peter ran my card and there was no problem. I told him what happened at work the other Regal nails. I was just happy to get my nails done free. Plus I gave Peter a tip. Have a blessed day everyone!!! Jesus loves you!!!
Rude worker was at the location on Westheimer-inside Walmart. In Houston, Texas. I had to go to the Stafford location on West Airport-Stafford, Texas.

I waiting over an hour after they closed and nobody ran water for me it’s 3 staff in here they took someone else’s before me then 2 staff got off and still nobody ran water for Pedicure now there are talking and no service and now 8:26 pm I been since 6:30 pm..Only reason I stayed is I can’t make tomorrow I came late I’m getting off from work but never again I’m coming back

Paid $60 for a manicure and hard gel overlay and the only thing they did was remove my cuticles and the hard gel overlay they left them too thick I had to tell her to file them more to make them thinner she did but it was a lot of product that they still look really thick! I will never be going back

I walked into this place stating that I wanted a manicure on my natural nails which is $15 and the lady asked me did I want gel and I told her no twice. She then proceeded to offer me 3 other services while doing my nails, I couldnt even sit for 5 minutes..then asked if I wanted clear gel over my nails I just went ahead and told her yes since it seemed like she desperately needed extra money ? Then when I got done and gave her my card to pay, she asked me did I want to tip and I told her no. She told me everything would be $20. I came back and seen the receipt and this woman tipped herself $5 lol! Everything was $25...I didn't even tell her anything I just left. The next day the gel on my nail already chipped off. I came back and she was gone! Lol omg! I figured she would use the credit card thing as an excuse to charge more, so whatever. Its the fact that they think people owe them tips, like make sure your customers are happy! Don't come here unless you want to feel used for money and not treated human. They need to stop worrying about people's financial statuses when they walk in! Tips are optional! Im not the first person who has complained that they ask for tips instead of making sure the customer is happy. They need to shut this location down..She had such a rude, lazy vibe to her like she dont even like her job with her fake laugh omg!..There's 2 or 3 asian ladies in there, it's the older taller one. I've never been to a regal nails that was like this. This location is very money hungry and untasteful!

Very unhappy with my pedicure. The lady was very hard to understand, she couldn't explain the different services in detail and it wasn't written down any place for her to show me. Finally got across to basically cut and paint my toe nails. Asked her to cut a toe down more and boy did she, till she drew blood. On the other foot she left them longer because sure she was scared to cut me again. I asked for a massage but what I got was next to nothing. It wasn't a knee down massage it was more mid shin down that I hardly felt. Too bad because that's the best part of a pedi for me! Had to repeatedly ask for toes to be fixed when she was painting them. No other employee tried to help translate or get her to understand. One foot she flooded my cuticle with the color but on the other she didn't even reach it. I finally gave up and just wanted out of there. Worst pedicure experience I have ever had. It didn't last even 24hrs because by the next day one toe polish had peeled off it was so thick. Never again.

I just left this nail shop and paid for the service I got(a pedicure) that was Once 25 or 27 dollars now it’s 35 dollars, ok cool I didn’t ask for a discount I paid for what they charged me so why would you ask me for a tip and then hold my card for 20 minutes waiting on a tip. (1) it’s rude and unethical (2) you don’t know people’s financial situations and it’s none of your business. I hate that foreigners have come to America getting rich off of us then expecting tips I will never be back to this place and the reason I no longer leave tips anymore. I choose who and when I decide to tip. It’s bad enough the prices have gone up tremendously and I guess they think prices only went up for them. We’re all dealing with prices going up. I am a hair dresser and I do not expect tips from my clients for a service they ALREADY PAID for. That is totally up to them. You ppl need to stop this seriously!!!!

It was my first time visiting a Regal Nails shop and unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be coming back. I asked for coffin shaped nails and left with squares. There’s way too much dip polish on my nails that they feel awfully heavy. Way too overpriced for mediocre work.

Poor customer service. No one greeted me. I sat there for over 45 minutes while they continued to work on their clients, look at me and ignore me. Yet greeted 2 other customers after I already picked my nail color and sat down to patiently wait. At the point that one of the inquiring customers was seated in a chair to soak the nail that needed to be repaired, I got up and walked out. Idk but looking at their customers pictures, the quality of their work looks just as poor as their customer service.
