I would like to compliment the company's service. My rep Elias was exceptional in taking care of us. His communication was spot on and his willingness to make sure we were satisfied after delivering the furniture was much appreciated. He went above and beyond in taking care of our needs. We are a growing company and need to watch our expenses and he was instrumental in keeping my purchases under budget and we appreciated the quality of work the company put into their products. Thank you again for helping us furnish our office and giving us someone like Elias to work with. We hope you keep him around for our next big purchase in the near future with your company.

Well since these people do not respond to our emails and calls, maybe negative reviews will get some kind of response from them. Absolutely the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. We ordered cubicles and office tables and a conference table for our office and we asked for brand new. They told us 4 weeks for cubes and 8 weeks for desks and conference table. We paid the deposit so we could get the ball rolling and they told us it would be completed on a Thursday. When they finally showed up to install the cubicles, we looked and found out that they sent us refurbished instead. On top of that when they came to install they didn't even have everything prepared. They installed a portion of it one day and then over the period of a couple weeks now, we are still waiting for them to install some pieces. Every time we try to call or email or text, they just completely ignore us.(except when we call the main # because a receptionist has to answer that call) We have been asking for the past couple of weeks what the status is for our order and it seems like John(CEO) is too busy to handle our calls. I understand he is busy since he is the CEO, but if he is busy, he should not have sold us the furniture himself. He should have passed the sale to one of his sales people instead, because at least maybe they would respond to our calls/emails. We placed our order sometime in the beginning of July, and now here it is almost September and they still have not finished our order yet. . I know that according to their timeline it still has not been completely 8 weeks for the tables, but the fact that cubes are still not completed give me very little hope that our office tables and conference table will be even come within the next week. I have tried to email them about the status of this, and of course no response. Will never do business with this company again.

Rosi Office Systems came highly recommended to me from another business owner friend of mine. I bought several pieces of office furniture and had the company deliver to my new office to my new location. The total experience was great. Rosi and their staff assisted me in the choice, of styles, color, quality, and price, all within my budget. They advised me as to the arrangement, and design of my office space, which helped immensely. Their delivery team was punctual and helped in arranging the set up and even rearranging of the office spaces. The delivery team also assisted me in moving extra items that were not their responsibility, just to help. They were all friendly and professional. I will highly recommend them to other friends, family, and business owners.
