Worst tire shop, don’t waste your time and money here. Those workers are extremely incompetent with ZERO skills. They are nasty, rude, disrespectful and very unprofessional. I can go on and on about all the negativities about those workers.

Sam's Club has a few advantages over Costco that are worth noting, like the convenience of checking out at the gas stations using their mobile app and the ability to checkout as you shop in-store. However, there are areas where Sam's, especially this particular location, could use some improvement, particularly in terms of logistics.The rotisserie chicken is only available at infrequent intervals, and the lines often extend all the way back to the wine aisle. Gas pump availability can be a real issue here, with pumps frequently out of order. Additionally, the cafe experience can be chaotic. They've done away with their digital ordering stations and moved towards app-based or physical queue ordering. However, this transition can result in long waits for your order if you're not right in front of the staff, clearly communicating what you're waiting for. It's an area where they could streamline their processes and enhance the customer experience.Other than that, staff have always been friendly. Most items are well-stocked. But you're really going to notice the overall difference when visiting other, and better locations.

Quinten and Amy are extremely professional, polite, and have great customer service skills. Huge difference over the Sugar Land Sam's Club tire and battery where my experience was horrendous.

Tobacco cage girl has anger issues. Let's call her "Arielle" like Disney..she was rude and verbally abusive towards me. I am merely asked to check out at the tobacco cage with my watermelon and she said flat out NO!... I thought it was a joke, I am a world traveler, and every single SamsClub I've ever been to accepts MONEY from BUSINESS their members have in the tobacco cage, for everything that is sold in Sam's Club! * Are there exceptions?Basically, there was a huge ATTITUDE that lacked GRATITUDE for even being employed for such a prestigious company. Sam's is otherwise STELLAR!I made a formal complaint immediately and would like to THANK Ms. T for being a wonderful manager that assisted as a RING MASTER for basically taming that NEGATIVE FREQUENCY having Tiger in a cage. The star was for the manager that apologized for my mistreatment. We must be persistent, in being proactive about our self respect and ACCOUNTABILTY at all TIMES!We truly never know whom we may cross paths with in this lifetime.Be kind, ITS FREE!!!!!!!!We Yelper's must educate the lost!

We depend so much on sams club for both corporate usage as well as private. Lately again several things are out of stock online like 8 oz dart coffee cups, toilets paper in bulk qty like 60-80 rolls for business needs. There are no easy or quality alternatives. And my recent small shipment indeed was delivered on time but it was not boxed ? May I know why these things were delivered like this ?

This store is a milking cow they have no cashiers they want you to bring your stuff up and they want you to pay $100 a year for you can shop there for the privilege to not have a cashier. I'm sorry that's not cool with me when I join their club they had cashiers what is their excuse for they do not have to pay payroll taxes then you give me a discount but this store has no cashiers. I'm not joking you are stand in line for over 30 minutes

This was my 1st time shopping Sam's Club. Sabrina in at customer service is wonderful. The rest of the store gets zero.The A/C wasn't working. Things like that happen. My worst experience was when my wife walked into the fair cooler and I waited in the isle in across from the cooler entrance. It took her a while to look around, maybe 3 to 4 minutes. All the time she was in there a employee stood there staring at me. Originally she was pushing a flat cart with something on it. She stopped what she was doing. When my wife walked out and joined me, the young lady who was staring walked away with the cart continuing on to do her other duties. I was her target, and it was obvious as an African American male, standing by myself, I needed to be watched. Not just watched but in your face type of watching. We are members of the other warehouse club and have been for years. We will happily stay there.

I would rate this sams club zero stars if I could. I stopped by the cafe and meet only one lady who had the worst attitude and got all of my food items wrong and claims they did not have food items which were already bought for. Why could they not put that on the ordering machines ? Customers were mad and even requested refunds.
