Edith is distastefully unprofessional and inconsiderate. She called me back for an interview for the Merchandising position. I arrived to the interview only to find to out that Edith didn’t show up knowing she had an interview that day (because she’s the one who chose the date and time).I later spoke with another Merchandising manager, Pedro, who had no clue she was even conducting interviews. And told me that they weren’t even hiring for the position because they were currently over-staffed for the position and they were in the middle of a hiring freeze that was in effect until March 9.I’ve had many interviews and I’ve never had the interviewer not show up. This was a complete waste of my time and energy, also a complete slap in the face. Why call me back for a position you know that you’re not even hiring for? Edith didn’t notify me of her absence and still hasn’t called me back after the fact. This place is a joke.Also to add, I didn’t even want to sit at a table in the café area while I was waiting because all the tables were filthy and full of crumbs. I couldn’t imagine eating there. I also overheard an employee named Phylicia being extra rude to a customer who wanted to cancel a order while waiting near the curbside area. This establishment is egregious with incompetent staff.

This store is literally the definition of unprofessional! The managers are classless and rude. Marrietta needs to be investigated because they way she speaks to the staff is degrading I wouldn’t send a cockroach to that store!

Today I visited this Sam's club store, and the Mr. Ola Fasese, helped me. He gave me first-class attention, his empathy exceeded my expectations and I feel very satisfied.HE IS AN EXCELLENT EMPLOYEE, A PERSON OF HIGH VALUES. I FAITHFULLY BELIEVE THAT HE IS DESERVING A STIMULUS FROM HIS COMPANY, PEOPLE LIKE HIM VERY FEW.HE WAS SUPPORT TO ME FROM THE BEGINNING TO THE END OF MY BUSINESS IN THIS STORE.THANK YOU MR. This comment goes to the lunchería, today, February 8, we were in Sams, we had already made the purchases, and we decided to eat at the lunchería. My son stayed in line to buy a pizza ? and other things, I went with my daughter to the bathroom, so he made the purchase. When I get home my son hands me the change and among the money ? there is a fake $1 bill where it looks washed and old to try to look real, this seems super strange to me since he works with cash and knows how to recognize a piece by touch. missing ticket So what we can think is that they took advantage of a boy to do this unpleasant and dishonest thing ?

I would give this place a 0 if it was an option.. I got rob right out of their store. I went right back inside to tell the employees, The Manger was useless, no help whatsoever. He said he can not do anything, couldn not even call the police whatsoever, would of call myself if my phone wasn't stolen. What happen to all the good workers go, sure wasn't the manager at that sam's club there. So sad

Customers lined up at Member Service with only one associate helping the customers. Management didn’t make adjustments to the situation. Asked to man up but still the same. Took me more than 20 minutes to get one item returned.
