We were given the best respect and experience by the hotel manager named Ms Karla if anybody knows how to treat a guest with respect and kindness and understand a guest concerns and needs it's Ms Karla if u decide to stay at sleep inn and suites hotel in Stafford please see Ms Karla she has given us many discounts on our rooms and service is excellent here and so is the wifi

Everything was good at this property from location to service and I really liked the hospitality it has breakfast and swimming pool for cherry on the top, I highly recommend to come to this place and would like to come back here

I went to this hotel on May 20, 2024 and checked in and left right back out of the room. After returning back to room in some hours, bugs was everywhere in the room. I went downstairs to the front desk and informed them plus showed pictures of all the bugs in the room. The front desk clerk gave me a number to call to speak to the GM and request a refund. I called the GM for 3 days in a row and he kept telling me that he waiting on someone to contact him back. I did a dispute with my bank and they denied the dispute. Please DO NOT STAY at this nasty filty Hotel.Rooms: The rooms were fifty, nasty and full of bugs

It is a good option for sleeping or spend the night since it is well located and it offers several services such as secure parking lot, free WiFi, breakfast.The ratio quality price is fair.Rooms: In the room you will have a small freedge, coffee maker, desk (in case you need to work or write) TV with satelital. Bed is soft and pillows are comfortable.

Check in on Wednesday & Lissandro was working. He helped us get into our rooms with no problems after a very long day. He was very friendly, welcoming, understanding, & patient with us. He made sure to tell us everything we needed to know!! The rooms were VERY CLEAN I was shocked at how clean they were. No sheets stains, curtains looked very new, the shower pressure & water was great!! Not too much noise going on, hardly any stains on the carpet. Everything was clean & the breakfast was good too!! I would most definitely recommend this place to my family & friends when they’re in town thanks to Lissandro!!! Our stay was PLEASANT & PEACEFUL!! Great customer service Lissandro you make the world a better place!!! Thank you!!Rooms: Very spacious clean rooms.Nearby activities: Restaurants near by, main event, & all other things close by.Safety: Security is always on site so we felt safe!!Walkability: The rooms are walking distance from several restaurants.Food & drinks: Breakfast was good!Noteworthy details: The customer service from Lissandro was top tier!!

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was far from satisfactory. The service was consistently poor going as far as Karla Ramirez openly calling my sister a hard head ( SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL) with unhelpful staff and long wait times. It's disappointing when a hotel fails to meet basic expectations. I would not recommend staying here. If I could of gave no starts I would of rather done that.

First I have to say....THIS IS A HORRIBLE LOCATION....SAVE YOURSELF DO NOT GO HERE!Morning staff is HORRIBLE . They required a $100 deposit! FINE GAVE THEM CASH! UPON CHECKOUT they wanted me to WASH THEIR TOWEL OR WOULD KEEP MY DEPOSIT!THEY DID! THAT IS ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW !SO IF YOU WANT TO WASH THERE TOWELS WITH OUT SOAP AND NOT GET YOUR DEPOSIT!THEN STAY THERE !Noteworthy details: Only one employee was Great there maids do not speak English! Management was horrible!PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF !!!!!!DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!

I just called thinking that the comments were not true about someone nameHector and unfortunately it was right .. he was very ignorant in giving me information and not understanding what I was asking and as soon as I asked if his name was Hector he was like how do you know my name . Do not go here or mgmt should really get someone else other than him .. never been here and was just trying to get a room for the night and he was condescending. Will not go here ever or refer anyone to go . You would think since it’s located in Sugarland would be nice , but false .

Waited one hour for someone to show up at the front desk and check me in called the front desk and phone just kept ringing called choice hotel and they called the front desk no respond, drove to hotel next door got a room while still waiting on the phone, for this front desk person to show.Terrible DO NOT waste your time stay somewhere else.
