All have long wait time on phones and constant clerical errors that cause me to be on hold for literally hours to get resolved! Don’t respond to emails and I will definitely be asking to Judge to remove them from the list. Definitely not geared to help its customers and it should be something we can successfully complete by not drinking…all the clerical issues are the biggest problem!!! Waiting on the phone for hours and waiting for a resolution for months is unacceptable on something that we are mandatory to do. They have our life in their hands and the only thing I’ve been told is if I didn’t like it, I could switch to another provider.

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I came in, nor did I know any of the questions I should have been asking. They made it as quick as possible and gave me more answers than I knew to ask. While this isn’t an ideal situation, SmartStart was helpful, thorough and if I had to send a recommendation for someone in this situation, I would definitely send them to the Stafford location! Thanks guys!

My boyfriend has been going here for years. People that work at this location are great people but the company over all is TERRIBLE. Hold times to speak to a representative are horrible, you get mixed information, no call backs on their automated system, all representatives seem to want to just get you off the phone. No way to contact location directly and their car machines are always messing up and they expect you to pay for the tows to have it fixed.Go with a different company but if you do choose them, good location with wonderful technicians.
