I attended the play, Rose Place, The fight behind the Struggles Continues. The seats were just a bunch of folding chairs and not very comfortable. Very little parking in the rear, especially for the disabled.

The layout of the theatre is really good according to me so doesn't matter where are you sitted the stage does not look too far due to compactness. They usually have stand up comedy shows, natak (theatre) shows, Indian classical music shows.
