They use vroom and vroom are scammers so hence they must be scammers too. Conveniently my bank account was hacked after setting up payment for vroom. Waited forever to get the car after putting my money down and signed all paperwork yet was continuously jerked around saying I have to wait it’s not ready I wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy

I got the strong feeling the people here were lying to me when I tried to sell my car. I ended up selling to Carmax because they were more ethical. I would be suspicious of buying a car from here due to their dishonesty.

THEY HAVE CLOSED. I am devastated because they were fair and trust worthy. I only bought my cars from TX Direct because of their service Dept. I was trying to get my service scheduled and had to pretend to buy a car just to get someone on the phone to confirm they have in fact closed down. Of course no one at the dealership cares to help or answer questions, they transferred me around to the corporate customer service who also had no idea.. so here ya go.Services: Auto brake repair

Always make sure you check the car fax when you buy from here. Weeks later after taking ownership of my car, my oil change signal came on. I decided to look up the car fax and found out the maintenance has NOT been done over 9,000 miles and was sold to me as is. I called the dealership to file a complaint only to be told multiple times to basically kick rocks. It’s unfortunate to buy a car and already have to do maintenance on it that was way over due from the start. That’s hundreds out of my pocket after only a month of owning it. I’ve bought 3 cars from here and each time I’ve had issues with them. This is my last straw with this company.

Worst experience I've ever had buying a car. Their sales staff are unresponsive to email and calls. Their title/registration department is a black hole. I bought a car from this location (Houston), drove from Dallas. The car was not as advertised and was pretty mad they were misleading and let me drive 4 hours there and 4 hours back to see if I'll pull the trigger. Bought the car after taking it to a BMW dealership and having it inspected. Really sloppy cosmetic fixes to correct rock chips etc. Would rather they didn't touch it and have someone that actually gives a rip correct the paint. I've had temp tags for 2 months and haven't received any information that the title / registration has been sent to the DMV. 8 weeks from sale, zero movement. I've literally stayed on hold for 3 hours per day to try and talk to a human being and nothing happens. Today I was on hold for 3 hours and 30 minutes, music stopped like I was going to talk to someone and they just hung up. I am trying to restrain myself. When I do talk to someone, they say sorry and we'll expedite this and you should get a follow up in 48 hours.... weeks later continue calling and waiting on hold. I'm losing my mind dealing with these people. How can you spend $50K plus on a car and not complete the paperwork. It takes 30 minutes!I would give negative stars if I could. Run. I expect I'll get a ticket for an expired temporary tag soon, not to mention the massive amount of toll bill i'm generating driving to work with no actual license plate. On top of that I just saw today my paperwork was sent to DMV and they listed the mileage incorrectly.... So now I have to correct that or their will be a mileage dispute on carfax making this car questionable....

They promised to fix what they cannot fix after taking your money....and put you on fast warranty so you don't bring the car back when it expires.

I came here to buy a Camaro back in March. It’s wasn’t really the best in my car buying experiences. The guy that was helping didn’t seem all that interested in helping me much. So that was a little bit of a downer. But the process was smooth overall. The only real grip I have is that I’m having the hardest time getting my plates and stickers. I got the car back in March and still haven’t gotten my plates and stickers. It’s just a annoyance to have to deal with months after driving off. I’m really not sure if I’d come back for my future car buying experiences.

Beat experience I have ever had trading in and getting a new vehicle. I worked with Melvin at the Stanford store and never went in at all! The car was from out of state, so it was shipped directly to my house and at the same time they picked up my old car. Everything as expected and I never had to go anywhere! Good trade in on my old vehicle also, compared to what others we're offering.
