So they have changed their hours to close at 7:00pm not 8:00pm… I came to pick-up an online order at 7:05 when I see the printed out sign tape to the door with the new hours. I proceed to call the store and the manager answers, I asked if she is able to give me an online order to not waste the trip. She says will reopen tomorrow at 11am you can come then. The whole time I can she her through the glass. A whole other trip for something that takes 60 seconds.

Waisted an entire hour and a half driving to this location because the items were in stock online, so I ordered for pick up. When I get there the staff and manager were extremely rude. Couldn’t care less about their customers or even take the time to help. Just plain rude…”get in line!!”, She said. This location needs to be shut down. Believe all the bad reviews for this location and go support other children’s clothing stores. Do not support this business. It’s terrible. Completely unprofessional.

I went in there twice, and the manager was rude and not welcoming both times. The other lady who ended up checking me out was very pleasant. Maybe the manager should stay in the back due to not being a people person. Shouldn’t be in retail.

Get to the store return something that I ordered online because it was too small. The lady gave me a problem, but then she went ahead and gave me a refund because I asked for corporate number but then when I get home, she actually charged my card of a refund.

Came in here school shopping and not only the pants not in inventory his size not either. How complicated a children's store can be for a 6 year old.. remind you I came in here 2 weeks ago same inventory... SMH.

I went in to pick up my online order and I don’t know if the lady who was behind the register just had no patience or was having a bad day. The lady in front of me with her son had just finished checking out and she just completely disregarded them and they weren’t even finished and she was already asking me for my online order before even greeting me or anything. I understand moving quickly and getting everyone in and out but she was more rude and rushing.

A woman's place is no longer in the home, but now we do know where The Children's Place is - it's in Sugar Land.So over the last 12 months we've gone into every single store in the Stafford Fountains (which is really part of the mega burb of Sugar Land). It was Barbi's idea, she's a shopaholic. She sold it as "you can review a bunch of businesses that don't have reviews and I'll check out the stores with you since you don't know how to shop."It was all a ploy. She literally just wanted an excuse to go in 250 big box stores. I think she sees shopping the way some men (like me) see sex. Why go in 1 store when you can sweet talk your partner into letting you go in 250. Why have 1 partner-swap or threesome when you can have 250 of them over a year. You see what I'm saying.But none of this has anything to do with this particular store, which like many others in the excellent Fountains Shopping Center, is one we have now visited on multiple occasions. Barbi has quite a few nieces and nephews now, and other than the ones who live in San Luis Potosi or the Rio Grande Valley, we have a bunch here in Houston, almost all of them, and we've become quite close with some of them.Barbi says this is one of her 3 go-to stores for buying things for them. I think she misses the irony that when she says go-to and buying, that I'm the one who takes her to the store, and I'm the one who pays for the things. But it's okay. When you have a girl that is anything like Barbi, you will do anything they say.Service is good, prices are just okay, Barbi wanted it to get 4 stars, but my personal experience is closer to 3. Of course, Barbi wins.

Customer service is TERRIBLE here! No one greets you when you come in the store. If you ask for help with something, they act as if you’re bothering them. Manager is just as rude as the staff.

I went in there with my two nieces who wanted to buy dresses and and the 4 yr old needed to use the bathroom and Sharon was quick to tell me I couldn't use it due to the pandemic and i had to go elsewhere, but luckily her Manager told me I could use it because he knew kids had to go immediately and after that, the rest of my interaction with Sharon went south. From charging me full price for items that I should have told her were on sale to making me come back for a refund and twlling me i was going to also lose my reward$

I’ve been going to this CP for the past 3 yrs + and customer service has been deteriorating by the visit. They never have the size you’re looking for. If you ask they’ll say whatever you see is whatever we have. Hassle to return. Hassle to price match. One person for the whole store. Ill just take my business elsewhere.

Place is crowded you can't walk and the lines I can tell you then the manager is uncapped of organizing her employees to do the job in a better way very bad experience.
