The place was infested with rats. I threw away most of the stuff I stored here. My stuff was covered in rat urine and feces. I might as well just threw the stuff away and started all over. It was a waste of money!!! The staff was very nice. Just all my stuff was ruined.

Staff is extremely helpful and they bust butt non-stop! Manager, D-Ann, always thoroughly on top of things, handling several customers at one time and even runs it smoothly when the systems are down! Daniel went above and beyond to come in early and help us with our U-Box! Great service all around and taking good care of our items in storage.

Very bad experience.the lady who checked me out was nice but they had the truck parked all the way to edge of the property in a mud hole. I slipped trying to get in truck and fell in the mud. I hurt my hip and got drenched in that mud. doing the return the guy checking truck in was rude and lazy.

Very bad reception from Miss D-An Smith who works in that storage, that's why my boss stopped renting there for more than 8 years and the truth is my boss was disappointed because he treated me badly, I was already very disappointed about how he treated me and the other staff who work in that storage are very good people

South Stafford U-Haul Moving & Storage is my go-to facility for all my moving needs! The staff is so gracious, welcoming, and professional and made my moving needs a smooth and effortless experience even during the Artic blast that impacted the greater Houston area during MLK day and Tuesday. I highly recommend without reservations!

Horrible experience. Reserved a large truck weeks in advance, movers in place to show up and be told there was not a truck for us. We already paid movers, had to be out of our rental the same day. No one ever called us to let us know. A total bind! You bite Uhaul. Ceo - this is why your reviews are so low!

D-Ann, Daniel & Michael all deserve a pay raise and promotion. I was so stressed and they made my move easy. I was also able to switch my storage at the last minute, to a bigger unit because the one I intially had was too small. This Stafford location & staff is awesome! Thank you, stay awesome guys! ❤️

My 5 stars go to Leann top notch customer service employee. If you get another staff member, it will take them 20 minutes plus more minutes to service you. When the line is long and I see Leann at the register, I’m good because she’s quick, fast and knows the process in her sleep Leann is very polite. If I don’t see Leann, I make a u-turn. I recommend this location for storage and renting trucks. It’s very clean and manage. But come when Leann is working ijs. I’m very serious. “If not bring your lunch and be prepared to wait” My Dad thinks so too.
