Had a postal delivery lie about attempting to deliver mail to my home today. (I have cameras mounted with full view of all angles of my home) instead they dropped a PS Form 3849 in my mail box. Ironic thing is if they had bothered to make the effort they would have found that I was present and able to sign for the package.

The persons at counters literally waste time ! They keep chatting talking fun without realizing that there are people waiting in line .. please be professional and just be to the point so others don’t suffer and can manage timely.

He went to get my baby's passport. Mr. Michael and another lady who was there treated me very well, Mr. Michael and another lady who was there were very kind. The service was very fast.

I am the clerk Maryam Zare is referring to she came into the office with the most aggressive horrible attitude a person could have. She was throwing paper work at me trying to show me that she had an appointment but let’s back track when I went to the front counter it was to send a letter for a carrier that was also up front and Maryam Zare just began talking to me because she was waiting for the passport I informed her that passport start at 8:30 and it was about 8:15 she said no I have an appointment throwing the paper and I just show her that she was not on the list because the first appointment was another person and what she was seeing was Stafford start time and then she start name calling and I told her that their are consequences to her actions and that Stafford would not assist her today because of the racism she in fact displayed not the way she claimed I am one of the kindest person you would come across going out of my way to assist and because people like Maryam Zare and her lies and behavior makes you want to not help anyone or going the extra mile she and people like her is the reason why postal people are rude because they encounter people like Maryam Zare if the public or her job would have been in the office that day she would have been fired she really should be ashamed of herself for writing lies next time I will start recording people like her and I will be contacting the passport office about her in she will never be able to process a passport with the postal service ever again she will have to go to 1919 smith street

They unprofessional they rudely talk to people they racist they would on purpose left Hispanic people to wait they would take first their own race of people they would assume because a person is Hispanic they don’t speak English I don’t recommend this place they don’t even do their work they just be chatting leaving people to wait

I wish I could give them 0 star. I had a passport appointment and I gave off from my job, but someone with the first name of SWEDA, who claimed she is the manager, refused to help me when I told here I have an appointment and showed her my appointment confirmation. She spin around and said I am the boss and I don’t want to help you!!!! The only reason she act like that was because I am not an American! I will definitely complain to her boss about her behavior!

Do not waste your time or money. Slow and Disorganized. I had a passport appointment first thing in the morning. I arrived 15mins early and a man told me the camera was broken so I'd have to go "down the street" aka 6 mins away to CVS and then come back. At this point it was already 8:21am. The CVS doesn't start taking photos until 9am. When I told them that, they shrugged and said just go and come back. I had ubered there. Apparently, they do this to everybody. The camera has been broken for MONTHS and I'm assuming most people usually don't have the time or patience to reschedule or go somewhere else to get their passport done, so they suck it up and go to CVS and then return. Not me. I refuse to give my documents to an establishment that is so clearly incapable of good customer service. I am going else where even if I do have to wait another few weeks. There should have be a sign on the door letting customers know their camera is broken or the photo service selection shouldn't have been an option for this location to begin with or even better yet, FIX YOUR CAMERA.

Claudia was very friendly and despite the understaffing she was able to work on two customers at the same time to ensure one customer wasn’t holding up the line.

The package deposit box is labeled broken but the clerk at the counter mentioned it is kept blocked around the holidays. Packages were accepted over the counter only for some people, while others were told the post office doesn’t accept packages.

This place is horrible, especially that man employee he is so lazy to scan the prepaid label that he always asks people to use self service machine outside which sometimes doesn't even print and also for days there is no update on mails. Today I visited and there was no que or people and self-service machine didn't have option to print receipt , he came with me outside just to check if I m lying instead scan and not waste my time..I wish this man should be taken out from front counter and place in some other jobs of usps because very disappointing to face this people and this is not the first he is rude discriminating kind and no respect...i will definitely complain soon to usps for his behavior..hope usps superiors go thru the Webcam and see such behavior..
