The USPS service is terrible !Last year I sold an IPhone thru eBay and USPS lost item that never delivered . Going fwd I used UPS and FedEx as 1st choice . Last week tried using the drop box at the STAFFORD facility and it’s broken, then I tried giving a postal worker on a route my stamped package and worker turned it down:(Very disappointed!

The Stafford post office needs help. There is rarely more than one or two clerks available to assist customers. The clerks are not well prepared to assist customers with problems. The Filipino clerk is rude and curt when addressing customers. Whomever is the manager is doing a poor job of managing the facility. I am forced to go there because my community mailbox is broken. Every time I go to get my mail they act like I’m a nuisance, and I’ve been told it takes a long time to find the mail. That’s not my problem. The Stafford post office staff need to do more to enhance customer experience, and be more helpful.

I came in twice today to conduct business. Felt the other personnel were more welcoming and patient. On the second visit, there was a middle-aged woman of Asian descent (probably the Filipina that others have mentioned ) who had a very bad attitude, or rather, a very disgusting attitude! Spoke as if we owed her a million dollars that we had not returned. How can such personnel serve customers at the front desk? No service attitude or awareness at all. If I had the right to decide, I would have asked her to leave immediately.

I had my passport appointment and the staff was very helpful in every step. I was worried that something could go wrong or have a bad experience but it only took 5-10 min. I even had fun chatting with them lol. USPS is improving the customer service a lot

The lady clerk I encountered here was extremely rude and unhelpful.She was condescending to me and everyone else I saw her interact with during my short visit to this post office.No one working in a customer facing role such as this should have such a poor attitude and deal with customers in such a negative way. Where is the manager at this branch where awful behavior like this appears to be the norm (see previous comments) and is apparently just allowed to go on unchecked?

This location is horrible. Rude counter employees that couldn't careless. Too lazy to restock the flat rate boxes. USPS continues to affirm the waste of tax dollars it is. Just save the headache and go to a FedEx.

For passport service with appointment every one was nice Micheal Claudia and Arlene were very patient and helpful and I really appreciate everyone for everything.

Have appointment for passport service at 10am. I filled the application at home, then submit the application and other documents to the clerk. She was nice and take care of my application swiftly. It took me less than 5 min from walk in to walk out of the office.

This post office and it's workers need to be investigated. They 100% are stealing items and mail. We had so many things go missing. And while not confirmed, I as well as other residents believe some employees are breaking into mailboxes.Waited until we moved away and had all of our mail forwarded to write this as I was afraid of retaliation by employees.

So often dies USPS not even show up... just to turn our packages away because they missed the pickups the day/week before and they dont want to deal with the work. Absolutely unprofessional. At times we have to take upwards of 100+ packagea less than a .ile away to their building. This location is lazy.

I wish I could give them o star ! Very unprofessional manager ! Seems like they are being forced to work there, and they way they behave seems like they are not even getting paid ! Except for one or two front staff members, everyone is very unprofessional. May be that was one of the requirements for them to get hired ! Who knows....

If you have a package to be mailed, definitely do not use this location, no one will open the door, the lid of the box will not be opened to send your mail, the doorbell will not ring if you ask for help from the staff. ????

There was no one in the 4110 Bluebonnet USPS lobby at 4 pm today. I called out a hello, and a horribly rude Filipino lady was the clerk who helped me today. I kept being polite but she acted as if I have intruded into her time and made her work on my request. She was rude from beginning to end. Extremely poor customer service!! I have been here many times before but today is the worst of all the experiences I have had at this location. They need to retrain their staff on how to provide customer service because they are really getting from bad to worse.

Was there as hot as it outside it’s no time to spend 15 minutes in line when the PO is not busy you can hear staff members laughing when the clerk asking everyone to hold on while he clean his area. I waited for a money order and they had none otherwise I had to wait for another clerk this is unacceptable. Some adjustments is needed here.
