This store and the staff are a joke. I was told there was a product available for me to purchase after spending an hour and half they gave me the runaround claiming the device couldn’t be taken out the system because of an error. They also lied and said no one has the device in the area and if they could just ship to which i said no. The manager didn’t even acknowledge the fact i was there waiting. They saw my frustration and laughed. I recommend you not to shop at this store and go somewhere else. If i could give this place zero stars i would.

Generally speaking this place is slow, however I wanted to give them a chance after suffering a tremendous loss! The associates inside were aggressive in defense of their contract con.
I.E. if you have to cancel the service, they will bill you for whats left on any devices, and then just steal the remainder of credit you had from any trade ins.
To be clear the defense used was... everybody else does it. Which was a lie and certainly was the worst value I've received from any phone provider.
The associate pushed me on to management, as if to waste more of my day with the same fallacy, appeal to majority!
As a final appeal to get the last word in a failed argument! The associate used a crystal ball, I presume, and told me that all this was explained to me when I signed on.! Needless to say..had the association explained to me that they were going to steal from me in the event of a crisis...no, I wouldn't have signed on!
Sign on with Verizon however, just beware places like this can and have caused homelessness!

Black dude with low cut was very rude & nasty attitude. His demeanor was non chalant wasn’t helpful at all!!. I went when they first opened up wayy too early to already have a messed up attitude is insane. Wasted my time & gas going up there

Came for a simple upgrade but staff are not helpful and take a long time to complete normal phone swaps.

Took employee two hours to do a phone plan setup and to transfer phone data from one phone to another (which shouldve took up to 10 minutes max) while repeatedly leaving over and over again and going in the back with all other employees for unknown reasons all at the same time. Repeatedly had to ask someone in charge of the floor to bring the person back out and wasted hours of a day i took work to help my 84 year old grandmother get her new phone.

These guys really don’t know what they’re doing. They’re all like little lost puppies just mumbling BS and don’t know how to solve the problems that they created. L, and all the other employees…do better yall suck, Verizon deserves better employees that actually know what they’re doing smh

Great service at this store. The representatives at this location went above and beyond cleaning up another person’s mess from another location. I spent Halloween evening there until closing time because none of our phone lines were working and they did not rush me out until my problem was solved. Instead of guessing and messing things up further, they made efforts of calling someone to verify and walk them through how to correct it efficiently. Not only did they correct the issue but they apologized on behalf of the other person who messed up, not even knowing who they were.. Simply because the person who messed up works for Verizon and they feel no Verizon customer should have to go through that.

I came to this location as instructed by VZ customer service to exchange my Samsung S25 Edge for IPhone 17 Pro. The manager refused to do it and lied to me several times. I contacted the VZ customer service in corporate while in the store for 1 hour , provided them the information of the lazy manager. They apologize to me over the phone and handle everything for me. They waived my fees , schedule delivery for my phone, and assigned me account credit. Bottom Line: I would avoid this location, the employees are rude, lazy, and unprofessional.

This location is really nice and easy to shop in. The employees are patient, friendly, and always willing to help, which I really appreciate but I feel like our bills are higher than they should be.

Jermaine Williams at the Stafford location attended to us during the visit. We were only inquiring and weren't looking to setup anything today, but the experience he gave us even knowing we were not looking to sign up today was the deciding factor. He took his time, answer all of our questions and gave person and professional recommendations. If anyone is looking for a pressure free consultation, visit the Verizon Stafford location and ask for him.

No greeting or nothing when i arrived & no help 15 min later when I explained the issue. Just told me to call customer service, when i did they dis jothing for me either. Searching for other providers.
