I am very unhappy with my experience with this store. I purchased a family plan, and since they didn’t have the phones in stock, they placed an online order for four of them. However, they activated one phone that was in stock and gave it to me. They told me I had to wait for the other phones to arrive before transferring my current number to the new phone. It has been 15 days, and the phones have still not been shipped to me.
When I decided to return the phone, they charged me $50 for a device I didn’t even use or personally open. On top of that, they will still send me a bill for the unused phone. I believe store employees should receive better training so that people don’t end up wasting their money like this.

Stepped in, the store wasn’t crowded, other associates were busy which is fine so I sat down and wait while another black lady staff just sat there like she didn’t see me for about 20’ while I was waiting then another customer walked in and she greeted him and made me feel like I’m a ghost although I’m the one stay next in line so I walked out of store and felt unwelcoming and improperly treated…

Hello me and my son went into the Verizon store to do an upgrade on his phone to see if I can do an upgrade on mine we had excellent service. The person who helped us out was luis he was awesome down to earth and knew what he was talking about when he was trying to help my son, find the phone to upgrade he had a positive attitude and he was very nice to him I will recommend him to my family and friends for them to go there to get upgrades or any services possible and have them speak to him. He is a bubble person personality, and he is very cheerful. He interacted with my son and even took him over to show him what Phone he would like and ask them to pick which one and he did and thank you so much for helping him out and getting the best deal that he can for his upgrade on his phone

Walked in about 2pm to see what new Samsung phones were available. The store was almost empty; only two customers were inside and both were already being helped. There were four more Verizon employees near the front door, standing together talking with each other. No one greeted me or acknowledged that I walked in, even though I paused near them and looked at them for a moment. I walked over to the phones and stood in front of the display for several minutes. Nobody ever acknowledged my presence. I walked back out, and they lost a sale.

Extremely poor customer service. They charge for every little thing. No courtesy things like putting on a screen protector for a new phone bought through their company. This is a corporate store and a huge failure for a good reputation for Verizon brand. I made an appointment and wasted my time here. I will never go to this store again. They have bad reviews for a reason. Poorly managed is an understatement

Worst customer service ever , the representative give us the wrong phone and never explained us anything upon returning to the store they claimed no phones to exchange I will never return to this location and maybe management should handle the employees unacceptable

yeah cause why I went in to pay my phone bill & the manager lazy self wanted me to manually put the $$ in the machine claiming if they did it “it would take longer”. Genuinely confused on why people are even hired and getting paid to stand around and watch the customers do THEIR job.

Worst experience at this location after being 6 year old customer with Verizon, as employee as manager Hassam and Fabian they are supposed to know trade in value or value of the phones they are selling and they should have an under of phone bill.
But what they tell me after waiting 45 min is “we are sale representatives “ “we can only sell you devices and maybe a TV. But we cant explain you your bill” “we have no idea about it, we cant access it”
I have over 13 lines with Verizon. I pay over 1300 every month.
I asked him if i want to get a s24 ultra and trade in a device whats the oldest device i have to trade in to get $800 off offer and Hassam says “let me check with the manager” comes back and says manager will help you out, then manager comes and say “ i dont like you disrespecting my customer” i asked him nicely which customer did i disrespect and he says “ oh my Employee” i said how did i disrespect him by asking trade in value and he just says “you can go out of store”
I mean are they on pills or something.
Lack of communication , zero product knowledge and worst management.
They should hire me to show them what customer service is.

This is the best customer service experience I’ve ever had with a phone service provider. Gary was super patient and helped get our 5 phones setup. Also shout out to the 2 managers that stayed after to help us out.
