Wilson Amplifiers and Kat Walker gave me service beyond what I was looking for initially! Kat is exceptional and represents well. She is bright, knowledgeable of Engineering, attentive to your needs and simply a pleasure to work with. Kat's work ethic is above par. Being a business owner, sometimes I operate outside of the confines of 9-5 and Kat has worked with me after daylight hours. Don't worry Kat, 'm not saying for people to call you at Midnight. :) Wilson Amplifiers high availability of materials and ability to ship has caused me to have a higher expectation of getting materials when needed. Kat insures that you cover all bases with your cellular amplifier system design. This lets me know Wilson Amplifiers is doing a great job with selecting exceptional people to serve well. I spoke with these so called "experts" and ordered what they told me would work. I had zero results. Then I was told they would come out and do a site inspection. After their site inspection I was told it was impossible to get a signal in the area in which I lived. I was refunded the money for the equipment, but charged $500 for the inspection. After further investigation, I called Powerful Signal. They sold me the right equipment and it worked fine right out of the box. These people are not trustworthy and will not return my calls or emails.

The service professionals made sure that they understood our needs before quoting and providing the right product to our office. On the second floor of a multi-story building everything was installed in one day and we went from 1-2 bars to 4-5 bars across our entire office. This was exactly the product we needed and the process was smooth.

Wilson Amplifiers definitely provided us with a great experience! We were looking for a WeBoost signal booster and WeBoost sent us to their business. Oddly enough they didn't have power in their building at the moment but were kind enough to open their doors and help us out! Such friendly people and they know their stuff!

I am from Texas so it hurts to slam a company in my home state but this is ridiculous. They use the "Wilson" from the parent company of Weboost to trick and confuse customers. Bought a refurbished Weboost package after searching on Google and doing some price comparisons. Weboost and Wilson Pro products by Wilson Electronics have a solid reputation and if you can get some of their quality at a bargain, it seems like a good deal. However, once the booster stopped working after 7 months of operation, calls to Wilson Electronics, Wilson Amplifiers and Weboost (which is also Wilson Electronics) put me into a support loop which took around 6 months to figure out. To figure out that Wilson Amplifiers is a partner to distribute Wilson Electronic branded Weboost parts was like solving a puzzle. By the time it was all figured out, time I had the unit over a year but wasnt worried because Weboost has a 2yr warranty. WRONG, refurb units sold by partners only have 1 year. SO, after spending 6 months of research and support debugging and being without decent signal at the farm, I am left empty handed. BUYER BEWARE that the OEM is Wilson Electronics vs WilsonXYZ partners are leveraging their brand name to sell you equipment. If I tried to open a Burger Queen, am pretty sure I would be served with cease and desist papers by a lawyer. Not sure why Wilson Electronics does not manage their brand a littler better...these guys are Premier Partner of theirs!

I was pretty confused at first - then thank God for Kat Walker... the whole thing was overwhelming trying to choose but she picked up the phone and calmed me down. Like many, I am now working full time from home so I wanted strong cellular signal if the main Xfinity went out and I also heard the thing helps with your phone calls. But there was a lot to choose from, so I called. And she simplified it, and now all of the 3/2 gets great signal from home office to the patio and thank God. Now only if Kat could get the system to shut down my phone when he in-laws call!!!! Thank you,Kat and Wilson Amplifiers

We have been working with Kat Walker at Wilson for almost 4 years now. We have ordered Cell Phone Signal Boosters for our fleet of vehicles. Our employees are often in the middle of nowhere with little to no service. The boosters Wilson sells have been essential to allowing our employees to stay in touch and complete the work they need either online/hotspot etc. Would recommend to anyone needing service in remote areas. Kat is always helpful, quick and a joy to work with. Appreciate the time she has put into making sure we have what we need and the quality of the products they sell. Look forward to working with them for a long time.

Customer Service is not professional. The amplifier did not work for us in our rural area so we had to send back. I realize I have to pay my own shipping to send back. I emailed to verify they received and they confirmed stating it would take up to 10 working days for refund. I emailed two times to verify it was in process. They confirmed. After 14 working days I then emailed again and this time received an apology that it wasn't in process. I would recommend their customer service to step up a notch and be more pleasant on the phone. My opinion.

I just purchased a custom amplifier system from Wilson for our large office spaces. I was happy I called in and spoke to Kat. She was obviously well trained and technically competent and helped explain the technology and made sure I ordered everything needed for my installation. She is a pro! We are very happy with not only the products we ordered but also the customer service we received. Kat was very helpful with ordering and answered all of the questions we had! We used the Wilson Pro 1100 cell booster and it has tremendously improved the cell service in our office building. We like the product so much we have now ordered two more to install in our other buildings!

Wilson Amplifiers did an amazing job at my work location with two installations of Wilson Pro 70 Plus Boosters.Kat Walker (
[email protected]) was there from the beginning, during installation and followed up after it was completed.My leadership and I were very impressed when Kat gave us the exact equipment that was needed for our "unique" installation. No up selling, just facts.Any issues, questions, support or quote requests we’ve had since have been handled through Kat. It’s refreshing to find a salesperson and company that listens, works with and cares about their customers.The installation was THREE years prior to this review. Kat has kept in touch and was even remembered by management for a current project that is being setup for funding for the end of 2020.I can’t speak for other reviews with other reps but don’t change a thing when it comes to Kat Wilson Amplifiers! Do what you can to keep her!

Awful experience - ordered an amplifier August 12th, company claims purolator lost it - even though tracking stated it never left their building. They “reshipped” it a second, time and same thing. Currently waiting for a refund as over a month is a ridiculous amount of time to be waiting for a product that is supposed to arrive within 7 business days. Super disappointed
