Also found a washer seal for the transmission filter assembly. Ordered the filter which will be in tomorrow morning. That’s going to keep me on track to complete a stock pond clean out. “EDIT** Christy looked into our issue and gave us a $300 credit for the wrong diagnosis we were charged for. Excellent Customer Service! I've changed our 2 star review to a 4 star review.
We took our truck here for a repair we told them was needed and not only did they not fix the problem, they charged us $300 to diagnose the problem ($7,500 repair estimate) and when we took it away to fix ourselves, it was less than $500 to fix the problem. $300 for a completely wrong diagnosis? I don't think so. I reached out to them to discuss (spoke to Derek) who never got back to me as promised.
They did find and fix a different problem which we are thankful for but they didn't even look at the initial problem until we tried to pick up the truck the first time. That's when they started a 2nd ticket and charged us $300 for a completely wrong diagnosis.”

“I first have to start with buying the tie rods because when I bought them the product description never stated that the tie rods differed in that one was auto rack and a manual rack tie rod. I could’ve never know which was which. I gave suspensions.com a call and got a hold Katie. Katie greeted me and I told her the issue. I told her that I needed the right parts and fast for the customers car and she agreed. She managed to expedite the shipping and helped me with the return and also got me a refund to the difference on the cost of the correct tie rods. I appreciate Katie very much. We need more Katie’s in the world”
