Also found a washer seal for the transmission filter assembly. Ordered the filter which will be in tomorrow morning. That’s going to keep me on track to complete a stock pond clean out. “EDIT** Christy looked into our issue and gave us a $300 credit for the wrong diagnosis we were charged for. Excellent Customer Service! I've changed our 2 star review to a 4 star review.
We took our truck here for a repair we told them was needed and not only did they not fix the problem, they charged us $300 to diagnose the problem ($7,500 repair estimate) and when we took it away to fix ourselves, it was less than $500 to fix the problem. $300 for a completely wrong diagnosis? I don't think so. I reached out to them to discuss (spoke to Derek) who never got back to me as promised.
They did find and fix a different problem which we are thankful for but they didn't even look at the initial problem until we tried to pick up the truck the first time. That's when they started a 2nd ticket and charged us $300 for a completely wrong diagnosis.”
“Dude I really RECOMMEND this oil change out of stephenville, Mario did a oil/engine oil flush on my Mercedes because a code keeps showing and now it’s not, my car has been running very smoothly like a brand new car and it feels like he added more horsepower !! ??”

“This has to be one of the best dealerships I have ever deal with another company did my car wrong and they went to ? ? for me and got it fixed and made sure the company paid for it I didn't put one penny down plus the staff was fabulous there was a man named Russell that handled my car one of the best human beings I have ever deal with he was fabulous and the rest was also very kind and sweet. I can't say enough about this dealership.”
