“Big Lots has groceries except produce and meats, and a mix of various things...It has a lot of holidays merchandise for decorating and for gifts, everything is pretty simple and ambiance is okay.”
“Always a friendly atmosphere. The employees always go out of there way to help when needed. The store itself needs to be bigger because the rows are very narrow. I often have to back out of the isle because I don't have room to pass. The DG gods need to restructure this store or find a bigger building like the old Shopko building.”
“I looked on the Wal-Mart website for what we needed to help our dog with proper dog steps. Even though it said free delivery at the end, it said $10 delivery fee. So I called pet supplies. Then I called family dollar who referred me to tractor supply. Tractor Supply referred me to Ross. The sweet lady at Ross referred me to TJ Maxx. TJ Maxx suggested another place that I couldn’t find the number to. Then I called Ollies. A gentleman named Joshua answered the phone. He was extremely helpful in making a suggestion that would possibly be more affordable and help our aging Mama dog. Joshua means Yahweh/God is salvation/deliverance. I don’t know if his parents knew that when they named Joshua. But they did a fabulous job, raising him to be meek, kind, patient, and gentle. Really grateful for Joshua at Ollies on Washington in Stephenville”
“This store has a huge selection of items. It was a bit overwhelming due to how crammed everything was in the store. Everything was stocked. Customer service was good.”
