“Left a bad review claiming their products weren’t covered under manufacturer warranty. Pretty sure I was wrong. 7 Stars for making me whole even though DeWalt refused to cover the warranty after their product failed after 3-4hrs of use. DeWalt was adamant all the way up the escalation chain. Guess faulty products shouldn’t leave me surprised when the customer service is also faulty. Will do my best to spend that money back into this store’s register ASAP and apologize profusely for my loud frustration. It was misplaced.”
